My salwars order arrived in 7 days time. Ordered 4 outfits and they look exactly as shown on their site.
They used FedEx, which I am happy about.The fit was good and I would love to order again.

Extremely Disappointed – Low Quality and Terrible Customer Service.
I am beyond frustrated with my recent experience. I ordered what I thought would be a beautiful necklace, but what i received was far from my expectations. Not only did the necklace arrive damaged, but the quality was shockingly subpar.

This wasn’t just a minor inconvenience; it felt like a complete scam. I expected so much more from a company claiming to sell quality jewelry. It’s hard to describe how disheartening it is to open a package, filled with excitement, only to find a damaged item that looks like it should be in a bargain bin.

I’m incredibly disappointed with my entire experience. I had hoped to find a reliable online jewelry store, but instead, I was met with shoddy merchandise and appalling customer service. I will be sharing this experience with others and will not be purchasing from these scamers again. Save your money and look elsewhere.

Panash India might look at glamorous and nice but it is one of the worst websites to buy clothes as their customer service is zero!!! I am an oversees buyer and ordered just 1 dress for a wedding and its been more than a month and till now they are making excuses and lying on the delivery within India itself. I would rather have brought a dress from any local store in India than buy from this so called website as they are all scammers!!!! Please do not buy your clothes from this brand and I suggest you buy anywhere else as customer service is very important and the seller cannot keep lying to customers!!!

Panash India sent the wrong color of an item and refused to give a refund unless I paid for the return cost. This company is complete trash. Mona and Rohan are scammers and assholes.

Very bad customer service, Poor tailoring and people skills, Asked for a cusomised set on all my clothes, just got an altered version of the sizes they have, the quality is nothing like shows in the pictures and they take absolutely no responsibility for the purchase or the quality.

4 stars cause shipping was delayed but other than that will definitely recommend to everyone. Great service

The items came within a reasonable time, about 2 weeks for one and about 3.5 weeks for the other. They were easy to wear for a first timer and the pre-stitched options were great! I got lots of compliments.

The blouse arrived stinking like fish for some reason, the fit wasn’t perfect and the color was darker than what was in the image on website.

Very disappointed. It may show no shipping cost but you end up paying customs fees.
I paid $500 in custom. And the customer service the poorest. No replies whatsoever
