We have worst experience here, placed an order and got approved and deducted from my account. The representative Jabeen insisted it was declined and asked me to show proof and I have showed the transaction and notification from my account and still was rude and said bank will return back tough I said I have similar experiences from u and it was not returned back and asked for decline receipt for bank
And they said cannot provide and asked to share our account details which is absurd as if we are thieves and charity, carelessly they have told to complain anyone. Never to visit this store

I ordered the Pan n ice bubba kit for my son’s Christmas present. Firstly I had to email a couple of times due to an issue with the website. The price was showing one amount and then jumping up £20 when added to the basket. I didn’t receive a response to my first email, but I didn’t receive a response to the second email. By that time there was a different discount code available and I placed the order.
The order was dispatched and delivered quickly. Unfortunately it was delivered in torrential rain… the delivery company left the box in our already full cardboard bin (without leaving a note) and the lid was either left open or had blown open at some point during the day. The box was obviously soaked, and ripped - the contents in the box is wet/water damaged so this is really disappointing.
It would be nice if the kit was all in company packaging rather than thrown into a postage box separately. That way it would look like a gift

Took my 10 year-old and a friend to Westfield Stratford for the ice cream roll masterclass. To say they absolutely loved it is an understatement. Faraz looked after us and he was so kind and helpful. We were shown the technique and then let loose with lots of very tasty ingredients. It was fun to mash up fruit, biscuits and chocolates and turn them into delicious ice cream rolls. Really recommend this experience - great value, we could eat the rolls we made and take our final batch with us. The kids have asked when they can do it again, which says it all. Thanks Pan-n-Ice in Westfield, we had the best time!

We did the Pan n Ice masterclass-1 today at Westfield White City. Both our girls really enjoyed the experience. They enjoyed trying different flavours and understanding the technique. It is good value for money as you can make an unlimited number of rolls and enjoy in the 1 hour class.

Abuzar, the trainer was really good. He was helpful and encouraging. He was a great host and we'd definitely recommend this to others.

The pan in ice is my son favourite every time we visit Westfield. However, my experience yesterday on Aug 16 @ 5pm onwards in Stratford Westfield regarding the lady staff who stares at my 11 year old son inappropriately and so creepy and gossiping to his colleagues while looking at my son (my son waiting for the order). The non-verbal behaviour of this staff is really offensive the whole time I am observing her, I'm at the corner observing her behaviour. This is unacceptable attitude problem behaviour for this lady staff and needs attitudinal training to adopt positive attitude providing customer service.

Emailed them asking when something was back in stock and never got a reply. I check on here and see the same copy and pasted reply to unhappy customers as if they don't read their issues properly or even care enough to address their issues individually.

Think I'll go somewhere else. Feel free to paste the same thing here.

Pan & ice delivery was quick, plenty of time for Christmas. They kept in touch with me by email. I ordered the pan & Ice bubba pack
A brilliant section of ingredients to make rolled ice cream. I brought this for my granddaughter and I know she loves making us all ice cream. Thank you pan & ice brilliant products. 5 star rating from me.

I went to stratford westfield and had another ice cream called THE G.O.A.T and omdaaaaaayyyyyzzzz it was better than the cookie dough and i will keep purchasing until there is no shop left
