Very sad to have to leave this review as I have been a client for many years but unfortunately my order for over €300 which I paid for and paid extra for delivery between 3 to 7 days hasn’t arrived .
I have placed my order on the 15-11-22 and I am writing this review on the 28-11-22 after kindly ask them for a refund witch they refuse to give me because they still believe the order will arrive . They keep putting up with excuses completely unacceptable as nothing they say apply to my case .
I have paid for delivery between 3-7 working days and even on my parcel trucking webpage there are no more updates since 21-11-22.
The delivery company they have used is the worse in the area and has lost me parcels in the past that have never arrived with the same patters of events . At one point nothing in the website is updated anymore . Even though I have tried to explain this to the pampa Drugstore people they still don’t want to send me a refund .
I don’t recommend this company at all because they no only don’t treat their customers right but also are trying to get away with an unreceived order but kept the €300 euros , disgusting ,unacceptable , and unprofessional service .
