I love the shoes. Have bought them for vacation in Africa and am wearing them all the time. They fit well and are comfy to wear. Also, they dry super quickly and you can clean them under the shower.
Only four stars because the customer service wasn’t very responsive - in fact they didn’t respond at all (it’s been 4 weeks now).

DONT BUY FROM HERE.
I ordered two dresses, wrong ones arrived and I have never heard back from them to return them.

Worst online Shop ever. I bought three pairs of pummys for my girlfriend.
The shipping took forever. But the worst part is, they didn’t reply of any mail I wrote and spammed me like every second day with advertisement emails, but cant replie to a single email. Just now I got a new advertisement in my inbox. It’s a freakin joke …

Do NOT use this company! It takes ages to come, the clothes are of a poor standard and they are doing everything in their power to not allow you to return your items and get a refund!!!

DO NOT I REPEAT ORDER FROM THIS SITE IT IS A TOTAL SCAM!!!!! YOU GET AN ORDER NUMBER BUT THE ORDER NUMBER DOES NOT EXIST!!!! NO AVENUES OF CONTACT THIS ILLEGAL COMPANY MUST HAVE MADE THOUSANDS FROM SCAMMING PEOPLE SHOULD BE PROSECUTED

So if you need to return something, because the size doesn’t fit, you will never get an answer by the support. Their chatbot does not help you with returning a product.
Worst support I’ve ever experienced.

The courier called me in advance and clarified all the information and listened to me carefully. The entire package was well packed, I was pleased with the order.

I waited 2 months for the delivery, without any update. I reached out to them few times via email and Instagram. There is a reason why they disabled comments under their post. The chatbot “where is my delivery” was not helpful at all. Meanwhile, my money was gone, delivery did not arrive, I ordered somewhere else. The goods return I had to pay 6,90€. Bei customer unfriendly and bad supply chain processes.

I ordered a pair of slippers on 2nd Sept 2023 and after the confirmation of order, I have not received any information about the delivery: neither tracking info nor estimated delivery date.
I contacted them 3x and nothing. On their website there is an automatic chatbot saying the same and they do not answer to email, which apparently they got as there were a confirmation of receive of it.

UPDATE - 04. Oc 2023t: A day after (19. Sept) initiating a refund through PayPal (18. Sept), thru what I completed the purchase, refering to the fact that for 2 weeks there were no update on status coming from the company although, I tried to contact them multiple times and channels, finally I received feedback from them, explaining the situatipon and that I should get the product in 14-21 days. A week later I got the product, but again - no any precise shipment update on top, I even got an additional email after that, that the product I ordered is not available in my colour, and they would keep me posted,and attached were 10% voucher for the next order.. lol. And since the company flagged my review, I'll provide Trustpilot with proof of order and comms to prove that this customer experience is valid. Although, in the end I received the product, but having to run after a not-cheap-pair of slippers and my own money, spending time with all the admin one has to put into is not a great experience to say at least. I'm all in for startups, but this one is the perfect lesson for them that honest communications brings you way further - get a good marketing person to advise how to do it. A one-off marketing consultation fee for 3k€ ensures you do not lose even higher amount of potential business. The slippers were a gift for my Mum's Name Day, which she specifically looked up and wanted, so I had to go through with it, however, sure she was disappointed not getting it on time although ordered nearly 2weeks beforehand.

waited 4 weeks for delivery now, no sign or tracking number or anything. "Talked" to the bot, no help, no change. I had checked upfront online whether the company is serious, it looked great but it`s obviously NOT SERIOUS!
As it looked good in Insta and in the online shop, I ordered and payed. Trying to get my money back via Paypal.

They offer to withdraw an order if they sent the wrong product. But they dont offer anything if there was NO DELIVERY at all. The Bot is absolutely useless as it covers only very specific questions. An withdrawal is only possible my mail or via the useless bot again. So that`s a dead end as well.

!!!CAREFUL SCAM!!! I have waited over a month for my product. The company is ghosting me and has deactivated their comments section. I have now canceled the order via E-Mail…hopefully that works.

Delivery was super slow and in the end only received the package when I complained after 2 weeks. Really happy with the shoes however, they're very very comfortable and I look forward to putting them on when i get home. The site said to order one size bigger and I find this is too big but it's not a big deal 🤷‍♀️
