Dress I ordered was lovely print style etc.
however when it arrived I was sadden yet again to see it didn’t cover my boobs. It was gapping at the front and even if I was to put a fastener at the front it would have taken away from the look and style of the dress.
Another disappointment with Pamala Scott dress.

Hi Elaine, thanks for your review. The order was cancelled and this was a pending charge by your bank on your card, and nothing was charged to your card for this.
When you place an order online, the credit/debit card company will hold the transaction first of all before actually charging your account. It is only charged once your order is invoiced (the order is ready to be sent out) and therefore authorised to do so. I hope this clarifies this a little bit, and please do not hesitate to reach out to our Customer Care team if you have any other questions on this.
