They sent my products to an address in a different state and I have to wait two days by email for them to do contact me. Will never use again.

This is one of the best purchases I have made online. The reaction from my husband when he received it was pure joy and happy tears. (I've only seen him cry a couple of times in 38 years). I will be ordering additional shirts as I feel he will want to wear this one daily lol. The order was just as it looks online, true to size, quality material and I received the order incredibly fast.

Second time ordering from Pamaheart and both times I was extremely happy with my orders! Plus they both came in a timely manner! Definitely will be ordering from them again!

I ordered a Thin Blue Line product, car seat covers, and gave this company $70 of my hard earned money. The product finally arrived and looks NOTHING like the picture. Furthermore it is a cheap graphic on a superthin piece of cloth. I contacted the company and they offered me $12 (20%) back. UNACCEPTABLE!! THEIR POLICY states if the product looks nothing like what is ordered, they can do a full refund! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I seldom write reviews but after reading some of the poor reviews, I felt compelled to write my own. I'm always hesitant when I order from a Facebook ad because I've ordered and found that the company is overseas and runs much smaller than a normal US size and often is 100% cotton. However, I really wanted this item for my husband for Father's Day. I did NOT read all their CLEARLY written shipping/return policies so when I thought it was taking a long time, it was actually sent exactly as stated in their policies. I ordered on a Saturday and I received the product in 10 business days--so that was faster than their guidelines allowed. I ordered the heather gray because it was only 50% cotton. It looks perfect and the size looks exactly right!! I won't know exactly how it fits until Father's Day but I know positively that my husband is going to LOVE his Papa shirt! I will definitely order from this company again. We're used to 2-day Amazon deliveries. Sometimes it's worth the wait and this definitely was! Thanks, Pamaheart!

I ordered a t-shirt and sweatshirt with customized names. Customer service reached out to check the names. Shipping and delivery was much faster than expected and the items are good quality and look great! I will order from this company again.

Not satisfied with the item. The one good thing is it hot here faster than said. The key chain looks very cheap. Only one side was covered with plastic shield. The cutting of the plastic edges isn’t even nice. The firemen idea is a great idea but you need to make it look better. A more finished look is necessary. It woulda been better if both sides had been covered with that clear shield. Not worth the money.

I ordered 2 blankets in early Nov. as Christmas presents for my 2 daughters. One promptly arrived on Nov. 15th. I contacted customer service, to inquire about the 2nd blanket. It took over a month (Dec. 22nd), for the 2nd blanket to eventually show up. However, Pamaheart did work with me throughout the process. I think their shipping process needs improved, as looking at other reviews, it appears others have also experienced issues.

Your product is nice but your customer service is terrible. I placed and order and paid for 2 day shipping. I didn't learn that it takes 5 to 7 days for production and the its shipped. I sent 3 seperate emails trying to either cancel my order or change my shipping but nobody responded. If you do order from here, order it about 3 weeks before you need it

I have not made a purchase, but I have made a decision in this company and their customer service. Due to their own responses to these unhappy customers, I must say I will not be shopping here. This is why I always pay through PayPal when they do something like this company is doing I can get my money back.

Did not receive everything AND the personalized items were not the same as described. It’s illustrated as 3 dimensional and I got a flat piece of plastic

I placed an order #PA158900 a few days ago and it went through PayPal but with an odd hiccup. There were two charges made for different amounts than the quoted cost. I have not received any confirmation of my order either. I have tried to send emails and use a terrible chat option with absolutely no contact back from them. Seems like a terrible website and company. I would stay away from using this site.

Update: I did end up receiving the blanket that I ordered and all the charges worked out properly. I never did get any response to my emails or chats when I was asking for updates. To their credit, my wife loves the blanket. It is well made.

I paid for two day shipping and it's been over two days and my products haven't even gotten out of quality checking, what's the problem? I've emailed and asked for a refund of the 39.99 for two day shipping and haven't received a response to that as well. So far your company is bating Zero.

Horrible customer service! I ordered a blanket for an anniversary present. They took the money out immediately and it says it was shipped on 12/04/2022 I have yet to receive it! When I try to follow up with UPS they tell me the sender has to file a claim, all I get is an automated response! Guess that 78.19 is a goner 😡I have yet to hear from anyone to fix the problem!

!WARNING! stay away from this site, I paid for overnight on a blanket it’s been 6 days, still no blanket. Email contact is definitely automated, absolute shame this blanket was gonna be a gift, instead it’s turning into a headache.

I've received the shirt for Mother's Day and it was beautifully designed and printed. Couldn't ask for more and definitely come back next time!!!

My husband ordered a blanket from this company ... after receiving it and seeing that it's not anywhere near the quality you would expect for $50 plus dollars plus it sheds something terrible we are trying to return it ... apparently they don't accept returns. Granted my husband should have read the fine print but what company doesn't accept returns?! They say that it was sold as personalized but there is no personalization added so they could very well put it back on the shelf and resale it to some other sucker. Anyway, HORRIBLE customer service!

Don't buy anything from Pamaheart. I bought a blanket from them it's not personalized but they say it sold as personalized so they will only give a 20% refund on a return. Yeah like I would ever buy anything from you again. I guess the 20% refund is what that piece of crap overpriced blanket is really worth.
