So after few years of betting with them they suddenly didn't allow me to do same race multis on harness racing and i am only a $3-$4 punter. It came up with bet rejected exceeds liability. And that was for a $1 bet. Then after looking into it more they also rejected exotic bets and win and place and said not available at this time. I didn't bother to contact them, i just closed my account.
So just don't go there. They only want losers and if you win a little bit like me a true recreational punter the same will happen to you. There are plenty of others out there.

Frankly, I have never been their customer and cannot see myself being one in the future.

Not only because of multiple negative reviews this company has and people complaining about lack of any transparency, arbitrary closure of accounts, untruthful accusations against customers, unjustified refusals of payments, indefinite suspension of customer accounts, not allowing withdrawal of funds and so on and so forth..

But I've also read in their "terms and conditions" that apparently they can demand, at any time they may choose, an existing customer (that is, someone who has already been verified and deposited funds into the account), to submit them multiple bank account statements, statutory declarations and other documents to "prove" he actually owns the account...
Those documents apparently have to be sent by post to some PO BOX address. Until they are completely "satisfied" that all this information meets their "requirements' - they can, effectively, suspend the account as much as they like in accordance with the "terms and conditions". The customer's funds cannot be withdrawn at all.

After losing thousands, I started winning a few hundreds in a month. They wouldn’t process my winnings. When putting in a complaint they blocked my account. I’m definitely going to sue. If I don’t sue this country is going to shit. Palmerbet needs to be closed and any one with balls needs to step in and help shutting them down

Terrible vetting company woukdnt accept a bet of 2000 at q.40 on canterbury bullfogs. A betting company I dont think so. Avoid at all cost.

I am glad I read all the reviews, although I don't bet big and haven't had much trouble with palmerbet except I found out last week that if you put a bonus bet on and its scratched they keep it.It must be in the t&cs somewhere but I couldn't find it. The other bookeys give it back. I will no longer bet with them.

If you lose they will keep taking your money but if you win they will try & bury you with unnecessary paperwork requests & then tell you that terms & conditions are breached without saying what or how. Thought it was just me until I did a google search for reviews & same story everywhere, they just steal your money & don't pay out. Don't touch this company with a barge pole.

Terrible app. Really hard to navigate and offers less than 1/4 of the markets of even some of the worst betting agencies in Australia.

Worst bookie ever, stay away if you have any sense as they just can't be trusted. They accept your bet, and then after the result is known they cancel your bet if it wins. I learnt the hard way what a bunch of crooks palmerbet is, you just cant guarantee they will pay your winning bets, don't make the same mistake I made.

Very scummy deceptive tactics, possible for them to ban you, void any bet, freeze withdrawals for however long they want AFTER resulted for any reason according to their terms and conditions. AVOID.

He was not older people friendly at all eg they offered a bonus bet with a time limit which I didn’t see but they gave the the best same race multi odds / same game multi odds ……
Which is sad for me as I like those bets

Dirty bookies, you'll lose a mountain of money before ever winning, don't waste your time or insult your savings and spare time, avoid at all times.

Each week I received emails from Palmerbet promoting Bonus Bets for when you came 2nd and 3rd in certain greyhound races. I made some bets, won on a couple of favourites and received a $50 Bonus Bet for a greyhound which came second. Shortly after these races I received an email saying I was not entitled to Bonus Bets anymore and the $50 Bonus Bet I received before receiving their email was removed from my account. Strange that you can do this retrospectively?
Since joining Palmerbet this year I have lost over $200 so I don't see myself as a financial threat to their bottom line.
The response to my email to them was tardy and after multiple emails they were quite dismissive.

Yep! Just another review from a punter who finally had a win, $1700, then got banned. No wonder the decent bookmakers get the lions share and these others just come and go.
