Palmera is a boutique real-estate investment firm based in Dubai. We help international investors buy off-plan and ready property in the UAE, Oman, Georgia and Cyprus. We operate as Palmera Elite Real Estate Brokerage L.L.C, a RERA-licensed Dubai brokerage (License No. 1306924, RERA 40780). We work directly with more than 390 developers, including Emaar, DAMAC, Sobha, Nakheel, Meraas, Binghatti and DarGlobal, and our catalogue covers over 1,650 active projects across 168 areas and all seven emirates, plus growing markets in Muscat, Georgia, and Limassol, Paphos and Larnaca in Cyprus. You always buy at the developer's list price. There is no buyer commission, and payments run through DLD-supervised escrow. What sets us apart is what happens after the contract is signed. Our team of six advisors, several of whom came from Sobha and DarGlobal, stays with you through the whole six-stage journey: property selection and a shortlist matched to your goals; booking, SPA review and DLD registration; construction-progress updates and payment-plan management; snagging and key handover; first-tenant marketing, rent collection and maintenance; and finally exit planning and resale. We also take care of everything around the purchase, including Golden Visa and investor-residency applications and bank account opening. Our team works in English, Arabic, Russian and French, seven days a week. Most investors reach us on WhatsApp, where our average reply time is about eight minutes. No guaranteed-return promises, no jargon to decode alone, and no disappearing once the deal closes. Just transparent, professional, long-term guidance, from your first studio to a multi-unit portfolio. Our Dubai office: P1 / Block R, 16R-SH, Saih Shuaib 2, Dubai Industrial City, Dubai, UAE.

Top!!!Easy and reliable!

Really happy with my experience with Palmera. Everything was straightforward from the beginning and communication was always quick and clear. Dima and his team were helpful, professional and easy to deal with, which made the whole process much less stressful. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable real estate company.
