Great experience with the Palmdale team - excellent communication, listened well to my requirements and delivered a car that I LOVE.

I used Palmdale to find a car after moving from the US to the UK. Their service was excellent and they helped me find the right car for my family and made the whole process seamless.

I can't realistically imagine a better experience!

I have used Palmdale 3 times now. Always excellent - sound advice and great service. Just name a make and model, wait for them to send you the details of a few cars, pick the one you like, and then wait for it to be delivered. And they do the haggling and get a good price. Excellent.

Ashley and team really delivered a first rate experience. This is my second time using Ashley’s services and the service has been exemplary. No hesitations whatsoever in recommending Palmdale.

I’m a three-times returning customer to Palmdale, and as always the service has been great: quick turnarounds, clear communication, and very helpful advice. This time they sold my old car for me as well, which was a smooth and transparent process. They got more for it than I was expecting, and they were very clear on how the price was calculated. I’ll definitely use them again! Very nice people to deal with too.

Having been introduced to Palmdale and director James buy a relocation company, I was initially impressed by the attention to the detail James and Owner Ashley offered, as when first talking to them I had no idea which brand or model I wanted because I'd been in S E Asia for 25 years where prices were double or 300% for premium cars and where choice was very limited and dealers just wanted to sell their cars and get rid of you.

After some lengthy conversations I decided on a 2023 Panamera, which James sourced what I was looking for from Leeds, from their Heathrow based company.

Unfortunately, because the relocation company hadn't found a rental to look at making getting insurance impossible, I was unable to buy the Porsche, where I thought that Palmdale had done their work for their fee in finding what I had briefed them to do, and I would have to start again.

James was fully understanding of the situation and said when I arrived back in London, they would look again at no extra cost.

On arriving in the UK, I was in a hotel in Cambridge where after an illuminating conversation I gave James 3 different models, Lexus, Genesis and BMW I7 to try to source to make life easier, as I needed a car within 4 days so I could drive to my rental in Pembrokeshire I had sourced myself.

Three days later a beautiful I7 M50 (a dealer demo from Leicester) fully loaded with every conceivable extra, with only 976 miles on the clock was delivered by one of their highly knowledgeable drivers who was an authority on the BMW, and who spent a couple of hours ensuring my son and I were fully aware of the most important features, as there were too many to learn in one session.

I'm still learning new features 3 weeks later with the help of BMW ID.

After a week Ashley called to make sure everything was ok and to impress on me that their service didn't end with suppling my car, but would continue until I sold the car, which they asked me to give them first offer if I were to sell in the future.

In my 60 years of owning cars around the globe I have never encountered such service from a car dealer: main dealer or otherwise, where its director and owner genuinely love cars. It really is their passion, where it's reflected in the way they do business.

In September my son is 17 where I'm already discussing options for his car to suit his age and experience with James.

I can't praise Palmdale's staff, Ashley or James highly enough in taking the time-consuming worry away when buying a car.

Nothing is left unchecked and I'm very happy to know that, if I were to experience something I needed help with, James or Ashley or their team of car savvy employees are just a phone call away.

I am happy to convey my above experience, in person, to anyone wishing to use Palmdale's services.

A big thank you to the Palmdale team involved in finding me a car. They took the stress away from the process while catering to my wants and needs. I can’t recommend Palmdale enough, they took care of everything we needed and more. They were able to use their expertise in looking across the country to get the best car for me. There is no way I would have done as well as James has, so thank you. Also thanks to Dave for delivering it to us and again taking the stress out of the process. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car and weould happily use them again!!!

I had been fretting over buying a second hand car for awhile. Lack of time and concerns over getting ripped off were holding me back. I connected with James and the team at Palmdale. Problem solved. In three weeks they found me the car I was looking for. I was very pleased. If you are looking for the cheapest price possible on a car then Palmdale may not be for you. If you want a car with no problems, at a fair price and without having to deal with the purchasing process then Palmdale IS for you. James and the team were easy to deal with and extremely knowledgeable.

My family and I moved to the UK from Canada this past August on a military exchange posting. Though my wife and I had some experience living in the UK, this was well over a decade ago and felt very much ill prepared to effectively tackle the ‘car industry’ and, by extension, government regulations. This was compounded by what we knew would be a stressful move for our large family.
We initially contacted the Palmdale team early in our move planning process. They quickly and attentively sifted through our wants and needs such as family size, comfort level requirements, intended use, budget and any other pertinent information required and sent us a ‘short list’ of potential brands/vehicles in anticipation of our move. The entire purchase process was made by the Palmdale team painless, quick and straightforward.
