Very artistic i love it and not my first purchase

My partner gifted me a PALM. jewelry bracelet for my birthday. Unfortunately, one of the links snapped. PALM. replaced the chain immediately and even shipped it to the UK after I had moved, completely free of charge. Exceptional product and truly outstanding customer service!

Following initial disappointment over import tax payment. This issue was quickly resolved through exemplar customer service. I am now in receipt of some fantastic, original high quality jewellery.

The stacking ring is beautiful, well made and I am super pleased. Equally both bracelets ordered are of a similar high quality and again I’m super pleased with both bracelets that are stylish and well made.

This is the second time I bought their fine rings! Love them and the owner is a smart practical guy who actually listens to his customers! There was a problem with Hermes delivery and he switched back to DHL which is much better for tracking your parcels. Kind regards to Dennis!

Came across Palm through Instagram and loved one of the ring designs. Their site looks very good and was helpful in figuring out the needed ring size as well. Overall a good shopping experience and quick shipping of the ring.

I bought 2 bracelets from them. Both where very well made and beautiful. Unfortunately one of them was a little too big for my wrist, but I had not issue returning it. All-in-all it was a great experience, with fast delivery, great customer service and amazing products.

If anything I would consider not charging the customer the return fee, but this is very minor.

They have a great amount of choices! I love it! I got the Triangle Ring and the Spiral Cuf! Love the material and it is very durable. The service was great, after ordering I received the jewelry the next day. Will order again since they just launched their new collection.
