Really didn’t want to have to write this bad review as I enjoyed playing on this site up until now . I won on a competition 23rd feb 26 I got to choose a £500 gift card of my choice , I eventually received a text last Friday to say my voucher would be emailed Saturday nothing has come we are now on Wednesday 4th March I have emailed and text but not had a single reply. I appreciate there busy but when I’m seeing on fb that people have won instant wins and receiving there £ the day after seems abit unfair. I paid for my tickets and entered the draw trusting and it’s the first time I’ve won an end prize and was really happy now I feel deflated .edited my review I have now received full payment .

Compared to other similar sites, this one is very much for the gain of the owners.

There’s barely any prizes and an unreasonable amount of profit for them. Compared to others, they don’t do a lot of charities, instead using almost all of it for personal gain.

I received a couple £50 wins but I had to chase these up for DAYS.

I’m sure some of their members must be fake because I really can’t comprehend how they have so many members compared to another major raffle page, yet most of their wins are “mystery tickets”. So you only really have the chance to keep playing, at no gain to you, and no pay out for them.

I’d recommend using another page as you’re more likely to win actual prizes/money and they’re for a better cause and not so much for their personal gain.

Absolutely brilliant site brilliant people. Definitely worth 5 stars

FRAUD.
You’ll win cash and not receive it. They’ll say they’ve sent it to your bank when they haven’t. You can chase them for days and you’ll get no where.
Go to a trust worthy competition site - this place is just scummy. Report to CMA asap.

Won £400 and £50 ticket bundle this month alone, the payout is a little slow and I think that’s why people have doubts but it’s a growing close knit team so just need a little patience. It’s a shame you can’t post anonymously on the group or more would post their wins but it’s very real!

Have teamed up/ are collaborating with the Kaye family which are known scammers. I found this out by a quick Google search so Skye would have known this already. Makes you look like scammers when you team up/ collaborate with them 🤔

Seems abit dodgey I had a win, got asked for my bank details and not received the money, but you put a post on the Facebook it doesn’t get accepted … I’ve messaged them multiple times and I have not had a single reply

It's very clear you're not allowed to ask about anything under their Facebook posts as I think they see it as criticism and negativity.

Instead of directing me to an email address I could send my query to, Skye (or whoever it was) deleted my comment! I only tried to let Skye know I'd sent her a message over a week ago regarding a past competition. Maybe if she replied to her messages I wouldn't have to comment under the post. All she had to do was reply saying "Hi. Please email --------- for general enquiries" Not difficult is it? Very unprofessional.

I bought several tickets for Halloween and November month but never received the tickets and the draws still show on the website as “upcoming”. I tried contacting them through facebook about this issue (they simply deleted my post without responding) and I contacted them by email with no response either. I was happy to either get a refund or the tickets I bought but as I got no response I had to file a claim through my bank which is a shame for this terrible customer service.

Dodgy site
If you go through the competitions it’s the same names who win the big instant wins on most games.
One name was a winner of 7 competitions.
Bare in mind there is thousands upon thousands of tickets for each competition with hardly any instant wins (yet the same person seems to win everything )

I have won twice and not recieved my funds
I have sent a email not had a response
I filled in the form I recieved when it said I had won and not heard anything since.
There is a lot of people on the Facebook group that are also saying they have not recieved there winnings.
I have played on other sites and received the money straight away, one player said they have not recieved there funds from 9 days ago
I will not be playing this site again very untrustworthy

Absolutely fantastic competition page! Freebies are very often given out & the competitions are amazing! Penny games live draws and a fantastic team! I highly recommend anyone who fancies giving it a try. The community page is very friendly & helpful!

This isn't your normal comp page I joined from seeing friends posts and the amazing vibes you get from the page. I've had few wins but also a huge £250 for absolutely free this page gives back to its loyal members with daily give aways top contributors and other freebies to take part in. This page has opened so many opportunities for me making new friends from all over to job opportunities 🙌. I often find myself going on the page even if it's not to play but to congratulate and wish luck to other members because that's what this is all about it's positive energy and believe me you don't want to miss out, pennies to enter some of these for life changing prizes it crazy but so real. The team are always on hand to help and deal with anything and this is only going to get bigger and better watch this space. 😀

Great communication from the team. Winnings received directly into my bank with 72 hours. They do lives on Facebook. Sky is extremely positive and friendly. Great group to be part of
