Really lovely service by Gary & Dale!

No pressure at all, and just a smooth process ! Even if we did go when they were almost shutting, we weren’t rushed at all! Will definitely be back for our own wedding 🥰

Fantasic Customer Service .

I called the shop to ask for guidance on what size suit to order. The staff were extremely professional and advised me to go up one size. The suit arrived promptly and fits perfectly. Excellent customer service – I would highly recommend this company.

Never received the parcel

Never received the parcel. Was delivered by DPD they left it outside Bering in mind it should of been signed for contacted paljoey they got back to me saying they was going investigate it with DPD but haven’t heard back for over a week left out of pocket and had to pay for a new suit from somewhere couple days before the wedding. I know it’s not the company fault but it’s not hard to respond to a paying customer who is now out of pocket
