We bought a wardrobe from Pali via a…

We bought a wardrobe from Pali via a distributor called Primi Mesi in Molise in 2017 (the anouk model) It was faulty and they sent replacements twice but the replacements were damaged. They offered to send a replacement a third time (very kindly) but we simply wanted a reimbursement as we understood the poor quality of the product (which was later confirmed to us from a Bologna registered distributor) We were informed that the product was discontinued. We never received our refund. Poor product and poor distribution retailers
