I do not recommend taking your car to this establishment. During a routine car wash, our vehicle came back with a large dent and deep scratch on the left rear door. When my husband noticed the damage and asked about it, the staff denied responsibility. The manager said she would need to review security footage but refused to show it at the time, claiming she was too busy. When we requested corporate contact information or their insurance details, she stated she did not have either available.

We have since filed a claim with our insurance and will also be reporting this incident to the Better Business Bureau. This was a very disappointing and unprofessional experience.
