Very expensive, poor communication

Very expensive, one photo £30 plus International P&P, but they incorrectly completed the Customs Form, which cost me another 18 euros to receive the one photo. I contacted them 3 times, but no response. Would have hoped for and expected a better service. What a shame and disappointment to mar such a moment.

Update, I have now received a response from the Customer Services Manager, who is waiting to hear from their dispatch company pics4com, who have thus far failed to respond to my emails.
