I have always been a lover of candles/wax melts, but following a recommendation from a friend I tried some from The Palace of Scents. Wow is all I can say, they were life changing, since then I've developed a bit of a stash and don't see myself slowing down anytime soon 😂 If you love a home that smells beautiful then stop here. There's so much choice, so you're bound to find something up your street and if you tune into the Facebook group there's even daily challenges where you can win prizes and discover new scents. The theme boxes are always amazing and encourage you to try scents you would never usually go for but can often surprise you. Don't even think about it, just go and buy some melts!!!!

Amazing melts,with a super strong throw, fast and efficient service and delivery, securely packaged other melts dont even come close, to the quality melts you get from the palace...nicci is a lovely lady that will always go above and beyond to make sure we're happy with everything, and if we're not she will make sure we leave happy..., lol but I've never had a problem with anything I've ordered ....love love love palace if scents HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!! 🥰

Excellent Choice of fragrance’s! They work well in electric and t light burners. The fragrance lasts for days and I would highly recommend anyone giving them a go.

Very good experience,my daughter passed away a year ago and they provided us with her favourite scent. Makes me happy and sad at the same time but they were brilliant.

Palace of scents has been amazing to see it grow from the start to now with great wax melts, room sprays with lovely strong scents that last.

Nicci has done it again!
I have been shopping with Palace of scents for a few years now and have become mildly addicted.
WAX the smells are amazing the pools are beautiful and the range is wide.
PRICE well priced good value for the amount you get and the scents really last. I get a good 6 hrs out of all of mine if not more.
SERVICE this is were the company (especially Nicci) wins everytime for me.
I've only ever had two problem one was that I stupidly forgot to update my address but Nicci came to the rescue and intercepted where delivery was going and I still got my goods in a timely manner and didn't have to lift a finger. My other issue is that I can't always fund my habit but that's no ones fault but mine.
THE BIG REASON I KEEP SHOPPING HERE..... Nicci! Simple she is personable, quick responding and will go above and beyond.
My mum passed away last June and I happened to mention to Nicci if she ever got the smell in a wax of my mums perfume I would buy it all. This morning my dream came true. I'm sat here typing with the smell of my mummy all around me. I feel comforted, calm and so happy that I feel her presence. Its amazing what a smell can do and I can't thank you enough Nicci this means the absolute world to me so thank you for the bottom of my heart.

Been using Nicki and her families collection for a few years now, and recommended friends and family to. Fragrances are amazing to suit everyone, I'm more of a fruity kinda gal! they last for good few days before I change them burning up to sometimes 6-8 hours on the weekend.
