Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs! The “jewelry” was of poor quality that seems to come from cheap China websites like Taobao. The free gifts were never sent.

After my purchase, I saw the same “jewelry” story about London family shop closing down in the Facebook under different shop names. Then I knew I was being fooled. This website is now being taken up by a shirt maker “Laurea Brand” and the contact address is in Kowloon of Hong Kong SAR. I think there’s no way to get compensation!

Scam!!

Although the bracelet arrived promptly…

Although the bracelet arrived promptly it was tiny and poor quality. The promised free gifts were not sent. Very disappointing. I should add that I have contacted them and they have responded quickly and offered a replacement. I will update the review as soon as I receive this.

Scam. Avoid at all costs

Scam.
Do not use this site. Order says delivered. Nothing received and we have cctv which show no attempt. Asked for details of delivery company. No replies from customer services.
As others have said, this company appears to be based abroad and not London, but as I have not received anything I cannot comment on quality
Letting Palace Jewels know of comments posted will not change anything judging by my experience of trying to communicate.
If the goods are delivered and are of the quality advertised, then I am happy to review and revise this post

Misleading advert on Facebook

If it were possible, I would give this shop 0 stars or even a negative number.

I fell for their advert on Facebook where they present themselves as a London Jewellery Business who are closing the shop, therefore the liquidation prices. They are really located in China. They use fake photos of the shop, of their items and of their support staff.

I ordered a pair of earrings that are absolutely rubbish.

I tried to cancel my order before they shipped the item and was told that cancellations are accepted no longer than 3 hours after placing the order.

Total disappointment.

IT’S SCAM! IT’S FRAUD!!!

This is SCAM!
Nothing is true on their website. Save your money to charity instead!

Make up story for closing their shop in London to cut the price 75% off. But the product is shipped from China, only cheap stuff like toy, not silver, coated in K-gold, just metal, not real pearl, just plastic.

Don’t fell in the trap! Stay away!
IT’S FRAUD!

Save your money

I ordered 2 pairs of earrings in the closing down of their stores and they are cheap rubbish,1 pair is damaged due to the inadequate packing and not even in a box,I was meant to get 2 free gifts but got neither so I have literally wasted £40 on rubbish jewelry that was meant to be double the price so save your money and shop elsewhere. They were meant to be birthday presents but neither pair are suitable it would be an insult to the people concerned

Absolutely disgusted. Two bracelets just bits of metal. Contacted them and they more or less said tough. I could have put my £30 to better use.
I have been mis-sold for the last time. Disgusting company, please dont fall for their rubbish it is NOT silver, no hallmark just metal.

Minus 1

Minus 1, total rip off scam. Nothing was what was illustrated Absult garbage. Wish I would have seen these before I got sucked into the ripe off. I was excited to get Christmas gifts, and birthday gifts for a decent price. I have made purchases from stores that were going out of business and got beautiful pieces for awesome prices. I even got my 1 carat for half price. Thought for sure this would be good quality gold plate. Boy was I wrong. Everything I ordered was junk!!! Evert piece is listed on "Temu" for $1 -5.00. What a big disappointment 😞. Beside the jewelry I also ordered from 3 other sites with the same result. I am no longer shopping online, can't be trusted. All the stuff is junk!!

Bull&*(t company: STAY AWAY

Bull&*(t company. The first order of "amethyst rose-gold-plated earrings" was pretty, though cheap crap, essentially. So you can find equivalent or better and cheaper at London Drugs.
The second order was worse: not at all what I ordered, and when I asked for a refund, they claimed that it was exactly what I ordered and in "perfect condition." Some lame excuse about that not all their silver is stamped. How about, just saying "it's not sterling at all?"
Once you realize that it's coming from China, you can track it for a month. Big fun. NOT.
Ottawa company is non-existent, and "customer service" person uses fake picture. Stay away.
They will be reported to any and all consumer complaints bureaus I can find. I encourage others to do the same.

SCAM

SCAM, when it eventually turned up just the earrings not the free gifts which are apparently on the way probably from China. Costume jewellery at the most, no hall mark and a name Alexander MQueen. Too good to be true! Did a good job of fooling people on the Facebook page! AVOID
