I received my orders and after i opened my package most of the pieces of the furnitures where damaged (i had already prepaid my order) and the terms of the company says they have no responsibility of broken items and no refund from them to the clients.Bad quality items, shouldn't have these prices for What they offer as company.
Upadate:9/2/23 The company contact me and agreed to refund my money for the damaged furniture.I am pleased my problem had a solution and i give credits to all the company for the understanding

The chair arrived with delay
One of the chair's controls is not working, the chair does not perform massage (the opposite of what the description is about)
UPDATE:
I contacted the company, they were apologetic and they sent me a new piece of equipment that made the chair to work to its description. I appreciate the pristine costumer service and I oversee the initial misadventure.

My purchases came with damages
My purchases came with damages, there were no instructions in Greek and when I telephoned to protest there was no response although they assured me they "would call back". One star is too much, really!
