Fraudulent, they stole my suitcase.
When I asked for compensation, they asked for the invoices of the merchandise, I sent them the invoices but they close the case without any compensations. They weren’t expecting that I have the invoices. Its a disaster, do not send anything with these thieves

The prices they show online are fake, after having paid for the delievery, they contact you afterwards to tell you that they can't send the package for that amount. They follow up, by telling you that they can cancel the order and send the money back, but who knows when or if you'll ever see that money again...

DO NOT USE this company! Absolute joke. Poor guidance, timeslots not kept, insufficient info given and overall lack of professionalism. Spent hours on the phone. Sent to the wrong drop off place, wong label given, uncertainty of their own T&C just to mention a few incidents..

Poor and irresponsible service ever. I use this service where I lost my money as well as my package is not delivered which is very important for me. Insuffient information, guidence and follow back for customer. Due to lack of guidance to use tariff information my package is returning, Money that I pay for delivery is not return back and the most important after 8 days I came to know that my package is returing back to me rather then reach the destination.
This company need to be aware of better customer service and respect to time and value of every client with sufficent guidence initially not after package is returned.

Rubbish! Only because the hotel use them that I used this service. Still haven't recieved my package (3 days from Vejle to Copengagen), was out when UPS called, no SMS or message from Pakke dk that they had been or we're coming, too many good delivery companies around better than this. I won't forget anything in a hotel again!

Stay away from pakke.dk, the initial price seems fair however they will issue an additional invoice claiming overweight of 0,2kg costing almost the same as the original price.

People who write bad reviews for Pakke dk are leaving it for the wrong company. I used this service to send a package to a friend to Ghana via UPS, parcel ordered from pakke dk. This site is like a middle man who ofers cheaper deals with well knows shipping companies. I ordered a shipping, received many emails with step by step how to ship, create a label and a custom order to Ghana. All was well until UPS was supposed to come and pick it up. UPS messed everything up, not to mentionned I waited and called them 3 days to pick up my package from home. Even employees from pakke helped me the best they could, but once they send an order to ups or any other company listed on their website - than the responsibility fall under the shipping company. Not pakke. I will be ordering via pakke again. I saved about 500dkk. But God help me again with UPS!

Horrible company. Fraudulent from start. Misleading and expensive. Complete disregard for handling of damaged items. This company will ruin you. They are dishonest about their labels. They ISSUE FAKE LABELS and claim that the problem is with Postnord. This is a huge lie. Your parcel like will be stuck in limbo for months or returned. Risk of massive delay in storage is evident, as their fake-ass labels cannot be processed by handler. Risk of damages is rather the norm than exception. This company cost me 11000 dkk in damages for PAKKE.DK FAKE LABELS stuck in Postnord's system for months. Parcel got nearly destructed in process. Further more I paid for a solution that should be insured, but guess what, Pakke.dk says no, so my loss. Bottom feeders of this industry. Authorities please close them down for good.

My company will never use pakke.dk again. I paid 392,06 kr. for a parcel, containing three beers, for the Faroe Islands. Two days later the parcel was delivered back me with no explanation (a 250 meters bike ride from the parcel shop). I contacted pakke.dk and was told that they could not send alcohol to the Faroe Islands. Fair enough. However, I could not get af refund of the 392,06 dkk - neither fully og partly. Not fair. And now pakke.dk has just charged me 86,25 dkk for returning the parcel. Fraud.

Almost lost a client due to Pakke.dk

I knew something was off, as Pakke.dk pricing was half of PostNord for the same shipment.

Took the risk and wasted a full week with package being returned due to a fake/wrong label provided by them.

PostNord told me this label was not paid for. :)

Don't use Pakke.dk!

I ordered a shipment from Denmark to England with standard service the price was shown 405 kr. After sending the package , I randomly checked UPS own price calculator and it shows the price for same dimensions and weight 174,20 kr , which is even less than half of pakke.dk price. I am feeling being cheated. Very disappointed

Is this a scam site or just shockingly bad service? Created an account, ordered and paid for a shipment by credit card. All good until that point. Immediately after payment the site just returns me to the account dashboard without any order confirmation. The order can't be seen anywhere in the current or old orders sections, there is no order confirmation in my email, but the money has been withdrawn. Getting hold of support through phone, who explains to me that the system has some problems and that the shipment cannot be done. Fair enough. But why not just shut down the website or stop taking payments or slap a warning on the website front page that systems are down? And to make matters worse, support now tells me that refund only is possible if I send a screen shot of the credit card account details and movements. Seriously? Surely they can see the payment and can simply return the money to where it came from. Why would I have to share sensitive details with this company in order to get a refund?! I already have a very bad feeling about it, to the point where I am considering reporting them to the police if the money has been returned by the end of the day. To be fair, I'll update this review immediately if pakke.dk get this mess sorted out ASAP. Until now though (an hour later), the website is still taking new orders and has no warnings on the home page....

UPDATE: So, after sending a limited part of the credit card details to the support people and asking them to confirm that a refund would be done immediately, I received no reply. Next day, still no reply and I emailed again. They then answered that the refund had been done already... Funny how they couldn't even bother to inform me of that! Anyway, the full amount was actually refunded and so, this website is NOT a scam, but it is extremely badly run and their lack of customer care is appalling.

I would NOT recommend this company to anyone, ever.

Easy to use website with user-friendly price calculator! Came to pick up the parcel super quickly and was delivered on time, which was impressive under current conditions! Would definitely recommend and I will be using them again
