Worst cargo service ever. Shipped my cargo 10 weeks ago still no sign. For the last three weeks, their customer's service in Uk keeps telling it'll be delivered in the next couple of days but its call lies.
They do not have a customer service number in Pakistan for tracking either.
Please avoid it at all costs.

Good cargo service my parcel delivered on time

The worst service ever. Had been home 2 Saturdays waiting for the driver to pick up the stuff but surprise surprise, They never show up !
Avoid using them as they do not deliver what they say.
Horrible experience. Have not heard from them at all !

This is the 1st time I have used this service I have been shocked by the poor customer service. Was promised something else and received poor service. Asked the operator if they could give me what service they use in Pakistan name and shipment contact unfortunately they said they didn't have a number for any of they drivers.disappointed very much

Unfortunately I cannot give a lower review even I wanted too. The services were absolutely appalling and disgusted by the customer support that was received. Everyday was a new story and if you called in multiple times a day - each time you called, you would receive another story. I paid for air cargo and I am nearly 6 weeks in and my parcel is still not here yet. Honestly, I would say run from this company, never ever use them.

worst service, had to call police and then received a call back. They told me a date, i will receive my stuff. Now, its been over that date and again no response. FRAUDSTERS... AVOID.. AVOID.. AVOID..
I am going to contact police again tomorrow and hope they can track that B*STARD who attends that phone from new numbers...

Big Frauds .... Steal expensive items from your luggage. No response to any complaints either via email or by phoning them. Avoid at all costs.

Worse company , been waiting for my cargo, was over charged and promised 5/6 weeks.
It’s been over 12 weeks and everytime I contact they hang up on me or make stupid excuses

They are thieves. Stuff reached in about 11 weeks. They broke the lock of the suitcase and took stuff out. Took all the expensive perfumes such as Gucci Guilty, Gucci cologne, Hugo Boss, David Beckham, etc... They also put one third quality perfume and a few wet clothes and a blanket in it to match the weight. My invoice no is 86130. I will complain about this company to whatever end I can take, will sue if needed. Most of other reviews are paid so refrain from this company.

Rubbish customers service and unprofessional. I havent recieved my parcel it has been over 12 weeks and every time i phone i get a different response

Rude people. Took money for Air cargo and delivered via ship 6 weeks later.
One guy always answered calls. First he was polite when I put pressure he became rude. I feared that if I used same tone as him my parcel my never reach Karachi.

Quick and professional service at a reasonable price. Parcels always arrive on time and in perfect condition.
