I ordered a onesie to wear to my nephew's birthday party. It did not come in the time agreed and when I received it the smell was horrendous and the size was way off. I immediately contacted them explaining the problems told them I want to return it. They agreed, but here's the thing... You have to pay to ship it to China at your expense. so my package, the cheapest I could get it mailed out if I choose to do so, is almost 100 freaking dollars. That's where they get you so that you won't get a refund. They are a rip off. They are a scam. They're items are garbage. I don't even know how they're in business, but they're a very creepy bunch of humans that don't deserve to be in business. Ripping people off is a shame

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered costumes for my twins a month ago and still NOTHING. No responses to emails or demands for a refund. TOTAL SCAM. I will be reporting.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I wish I'd read these reviews before ordering. Paid an extortionate amount for Express delivery and, needless to say, it hasn't arrived. They hide the fact that the items come from China so there's no way it could arrive within that timescales. No response to email messages - clearly a complete scam. Must be a way of reporting this.

FRAUD! Do not purchase from this company, bought a children's costume, it was meant to come in 7-8 days, its been 8 days and I see these reviews! Upset my child, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a Christmas costume second week of December. It wasn't even shipped. Since it was already after Christmas, I kept messaging them asking for a refund. They first said that they'll offer 80%, I said I wanted a full refund because they haven't even shipped it and it was few weeks after Christmas already. They finally agreed to a refund on 19th of January, said it would take 5-10 working days. I keep e-mailing them every day and still no responses. Absolutely awful! It's a scam, don't buy from this company. I'd give 0 stars if I could.

Bought something and as all customers before here...horrible experience. I contacted them and they said oh the badge was bad so we don't know when it's back in stock. please choose another one. I said no I want a refund. they wanted to give me 50 percent ^^ Good joke. PayPal sorted it within a day.

An absolutely SCAM, bought a Christmas suit, paid express post 3-6 days and after 6 days no product, contacted them and only received rubbish messages "we have pushed the currier to delivery the product faster"? WHAT?
then second message cancelling the order and they only offer me to refund 50% I paid AUD $110 and express post $50.
Never received a product status update, no tracking number or anything after the purchase.
Lucky me I paid using PayPal and rise a case against them and PayPal refund me the total.
STAY AWAY of this SCAMERS!!

Honestly I wish I could give them 0 stars. They’re an absolute scam and please don’t make the mistake I made. Please read these reviews. I ordered a Halloween costume from them in October and i never got it. I emailed them asking for a refund and they said they could give me a refund no problem. After a month I still didn’t get my refund. I emailed them again and they said they only do refunds if you cancel the order within 24 hours of ordering. They also over charged me $14 than the original price of my order. Never ever shop at this company. They’re just a scam.

Don't buy anything from this company..... Ever!
1, takes ages to deliver....because it comes from China.
2, rubbish quality, & doesn't look like the photos..... Mike wazowski onesy.
3, virtually impossible to exchange or refund as thier returns policy covers 'them' perfectly & no info where to send it anyway.
4, no communications what so ever with me after emails sent, obviously hoping I'll just go away.
5, 10 out of 10 Pajamasbuy for being perfect......... Perfectly rubbish!!!

You have been warned, they're crap.

Wish i had never bothered. After choosing my size off the chart provided i received it and had to laugh no way is this the stated size. I cant get the female santa suit over my shoulders.
I have asked for a return address to be told they offer 10% only and keep product. Bit of a joke seen as i paid £25 plus postage.
I sent photos of me trying it on and still only 10%
I dont know how they know the sizing as theres no size label on the garment.
I suggest taking a very large swerve buying from them. Unless you want to lose your money.

Unbelievable. I received an item 45 days after the purchase. I needed it for Halloween and had to buy from Amazon which delivered on time. The company will not refund and says they will only give me 15 percent back. Don’t order form this company they are a rip off.

STAY AWAY !!! ordered a costume with delivery 6-10 days. After 12 days i asked for information and said still hasn't shipped it.After i asked for a refund he offered not to ship and refund half of it ( wow clever !!).A month later i 've contacted them about refund and they said that i cancelled it which i ve never did ( and he kept the money, the postage fees!! and the costume because this is how business is done). i said i would report them and he simply disappeared.I m not expecting to get my money but at least i could warn people ! This is completely fraud and i wonder after all these comments how they cant still have their shop online.

Its a SCAM ! I ordered, paid my money 3 weeks ago and still nothing . I now get loadsof marketing emails from them , which is ironic because I haven't had a response off them about my actual order.

SCAM. Ordered costume for Halloween and only half of costume came.

The half item received was broken. I was offered a 15% discount and a refund of the unsent item.

Now they are conveniently ignoring emails.

This company stole my money and I never received product avoid at all costs.

Ordered a costume on October 11th; the website stated it would arrive in time for Halloween. The day after I ordered it, I received an e-mail saying my order had been cancelled. I promptly replied asking what had happened. Over 24 hours later a representative responded to me and said that was an error on their part. After much back and forth they refused to refund me the money and have stopped responding to my e-mails. I have not received the product and they refused to acknowledge the Buyer's Protection on their website. I tried to dispute the payment through PayPal and was denied multiple times, even though I have written documentation that they failed every step of the way. Do not order from this website. Total scam.

SCAM. Ordered costume was supposed to arrive a week before Halloween. Came a week after holiday. And only half of costume came. Looked a lot cheaper than picture.

Fraud Alert!! Their website said the item was in stock and if i paid for express delivery it would be guaranteed to arrive before Halloween. On Nov 1 the item still had not shipped and the company refused to give me a refund.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! YOU WILL WAIT WEEKS FOR YOUR DELIVERY AND IT WILL NOT BE WHAT YOU ORDERED.

IF YOU ARE GOING TO STUPIDLY RISK IT LIKE ME... THEN ONLY PAY THROUGH PAY PAL

If I could give it no stars I would!!!
