Came to this site because I am literally having the same issues with my orders. Ordered around 3 weeks ago-3 pair showed up quickly and the other four are not even shipped.
I called and nobody answers the phone. During peak business hours. I filled out their online form last week, o response. I have emailed customer service but no answer.
I assume that tomorrow I too will be returning items and trying to get my 400 dollars back.
Never again. Boo!

I ordered 5 pairs of pajamas on Black Friday (11/29). They charged me $192.46 with shipping of $9.99 and a discount of $92.48. Then they said I qualified for free shipping but then they reduced my discount to $82.47 which happens to be a difference of$9.99. Now it's 12/18 and no Christmas pajamas. Now I'm going to dispute it with my bank, file a complaint with the Better Business and Michigan Attorney General office. No stars for this company.

Just adding to the list of people with the same complaints. Ordered a set of matching family pjs on black friday. On December 6 couldn't see if they shipped and tried to call, but got hung up on. Sent an email and no response. On December 16, tried calling again and got hung up on, then used their online complaint portal to submit an inquiry. No response. Called again today, no human answered. Disputed charge with credit card company because I can't even cancel order.

Poor quality, not sized properly, and bad customer service
The products are of poor quality and cut. Ordered a large for my son who is 6 feet tall and he has to roll up the legs more than four inches. Ridiculous. I have to do the same with the mediums. The material is very thin and of poor quality. Tried to return a pair and the return price is half of what they cost. Tried reaching out to customer service multiple times and never got a response. Low quality products, terrible customer service. Order elsewhere.
Horrible Service
Same story as every other review. Orders to PajamaGram 3-4 years ago were awesome. Quick, courteous customer service, etc. Now they are a train wreck!!! No communication, literally cannot speak to a human being. Emails go unanswered. THE MOST frustrating purchase I have made this year. Charged my card on Dec 3 for an in stock item I expected to ship within 3 days. “7-10” days (which is crazy itself) and I would have them in plenty of time. All I can see is “Order Placed”.

I order something on b November 27th and today is December 13th and have not even received an email about when product is shipping to me. I contacted customer service on December 3rd because I thought I missed an email. They haven’t returned my request. I think the company is a fraud. My credit card is charged but I haven’t heard from them since they took my money.

Purchased four sets of pj's on 12/2/24. Confirmation email said they would be delivered on 12/9. On 12/10 I called, no agent available. I emailed them. No reply. I called for two days and no agent was ever available, even though the hours are 9-5 and it said they are based in Vermont, so Eastern time zone. They discourage you from messaging multiple times noting it will put you in the back of the queue. I now see this is a tactic. They are a scam. I requested a refund from my credit card.
Customer service review
I wish I could say this is a review of their product. It’s just a review of their services since it’s been three weeks since I’ve ordered and haven’t received even a shipping confirmation yet. Tried reaching out to the company twice. The second time was to cancel and I still haven’t heard back. So much for $25 extra for 2-5 days processing. I won’t give money to bad companies.

I we could give '0' stars we would. Ordered family Christmas pajamas 3 days before Christmas. 11 days after ordering they had not yet shipped, contacted customer support and we were told they weren't prepared for the holiday season and that we would not receive ours before the holiday.
Not to mention most definitely made and shipped from China - will find a US company to support a good American Made company!

Place my order on 11/26/24 (Tuesday). Order was confirmed by Pajamagram.com. Never received confirmation that my order shipped. 2 weeks later on Wednesday, 12/11, I sent an email asking about the status of my order and why it hadn't ship yet. Haven't yet received a response. I keep calling their phone # (1-888-518-2327) only to hear a recording tell me a live agent is not available. No one is responding to emails or taking calls.
I disputed the charge with my CC company. I am also going to contact the Vermont Attorney General.
I order from Pajamgram.com every year. My wife loves their pajamas. Never had a problem before. Obviously, something strange is going on here. Why are so many others currently in my situation? I found the same pajamas I ordered on Amazon, and they are listed as sold by Pajamagram. Are Amazon buyers having the same problem as those of us who purchased from the Pajamagram website? I have ordered from this company before and very happy with products This time ordered in late Nov and still no product or unable to contact anyone. Review of company shows they have been purchased and I should have been weary when products in catalog where the same as the year before. Reported to my bank and it appears I will get my money back. Be warned
Be warned - the Google reviews are fake. Look here or on Yelp for real reviews. Everyone can order Pajamagram and they'll happily take your money, but no-one gets the products. Is this company real? I have a hunch they're running a scheme. I'm contacting the VT State Attorney today.
Customer service rating: zero!
If I could rate their customer service, a zero, I would. I ordered a product on November 28 and have yet to receive it. Nor have I received shipping information. I have placed two emails with no response. I have placed four or five texts with no response. Then they want to charge you $37 to chat with a computer technician. You cannot get someone to respond to you no matter what. It’s a disgrace! I will never order from pajama gram again.
