Measured a car roll bar (120cm x 35cm x 20cm) and when entering dimensions I over measured and said it was larger than it actually was and it got collected and update said out for delivery and then get an email saying it's over their max size restrictions even though their website allowed me to enter it fine and said it was under their size restrictions and need to pay £20 to release it when the original cost was £28 so nearly double now even though it's within their size limits by quite a lot so it's now cost me £48 to deliver.

Used loads in the past for car items and wheels but now they're bigger and greedier so won't use again and will share this across all the forums I'm in to avoid them in the future

Excellent service

Like other reviewers, they charged me £25 oversize fee claiming my bike box was a couple of centimeters over their 160cm limit. It was shipped to me by Royal Mail no problem. I wouldn't use them again.

Delivered the box on time, picked up early and delivered early, what more can you ask for.

I had a parcel for collection contacted paisley frieght booked on line and the rest was so easy they collected and delivered to me the nxt day great service as alway5.*****highly recommend 👍

My first occasion to use this company. Cheap and cheerful and very efficient - with no hidden costs. Very good value for money and a system that includes tracked door to door pick up and delivery if you wish. I would certainly use this service again.

Booked a collection for Monday 24th February and on the said date received an e mail stating could not collect as no one in ?? This was at 9.08am?? Someone was in and the ring doorbell confirmed no attempt had been made to collect let alone come down the path to the door 😡
This company sub contract so obviously some other company decided they were to busy so said tried to collect and couldn’t .. total lies … so i paid extra £9.99 to re book 😡 … and sent e mail to paisley freight asking for proof of attempted collection as I have evidence via my ring door bell no one tried or attempted collection 😡
No reply and still charged me £9.99 for lying stating could not collect due too no one in .. no collection attempt was made and I have the video evidence to prove this 😡 will never ever use this company again as they cannot even be bothered to reply to a e mail relating to the incident as they know their sub contractors are liars … avoid at all cost 😡😡😡

Great delivery company first time iv used them and they were brilliant delivered 4 car wheels with tyres next day spot on no problems at all and very helpful

Great service very quick and good price would use again

Avoid !!!! They getting you with cheap price than refusing collection ( means you losing your money and no parcel!!! )

I have used Paisley Freight 12 times now. They have never missed a beat!
Pick ups on time, drop offs on time, I cannot fault them.
They use other Couriers and Karin a tight ship.

100% happy wasn’t sure as I’ve never gone with them. Definitely use them again if need be. Price was good aswell 👍

Efficient and simply order process. Great tracking facility. Only negative points are that I used the 'Leave in a safe place' option and requested the Bike Box to be left behind my garage. It was left next to my front door. And the Bike Box is just a little bit too narrow. Otherwise all good. Fast turn around and packaging materials are good.

USED 5 TIMES NOW AND ALWAYS BEEN NEXT DAY EVEN IN EXTREME WEATHER CONDITIONS.

Paisley freight are very good at logistics.
I can recommend them to anyone needing anything picked up and delivered that is stipulated on there online portal.
All carriers involved are professional and transparent.
They done a great job for me and I was very impressed with them. A+++++

Very prompt collection, with 1 hour collection time frame given early in the day of collection which means that you do not have to sit and wait for the whole day. Delivery on date as initially communicated. Thanks will strongly recommend .

Mixed reviews for the bike delivery service but mine went flawlessly. I chose the package which provided the box and packing materials and the buyer commented on how it looked like they'd been very careful with the box. Arrived the next day from North of Scotland to England.
