As far as communication goes very quick to respond. Products wise I typically buy base coat in aerosol mostly for DIY automotive jobs but the quality is great, paint match has been very good. Prices are competitive and delivery is quick with Royal Mail Tracked 24 used. Highly recommended for all your automotive painting and detailing supplied.

Wow! After watching every single YouTube tutorial he has made, it made me confident enough to unleash sandpaper on my nearly new 60k car with his paint and paint on finger rub method. No need for a bodyshop. Trust his process! Bodyshops must hate you. Great colour match. 99% as new. Cheers. Dont use the other big brand. Use this solvent based better paint matched product.

Had a couple of questions which were promptly answered by Email and phone. The parts I ordered are great quality, the parts for paint touch up worked really well and the microfibre wash mitt and wheel cleaning brush are easily the same quality as from a main detailing company.

The paint I ordered for my BMW which was Individual Tanzanite Blue was an excellent match , I had the full touch up kit and found all their products to be good quality , Prompt delivery .

BE VERY CAREFUL Bought the ultimate kit plus some other items,
Watched every video which gives the impression this method is foolproof
The product itself is a quality item no fault with the paint or other items
Attempted to use the product using a drill as seen on the instruction videos
Burnt through the lacquer and ruined the paintwork
Now had to spend a lot of money to put right and have a re spray
No disclaimers with the stuff, no back up from the seller, I appreciate it is all done at your own risk
If it works you are lucky,
If it doesn’t It is an expensive mistake
Be very careful ,just worth bearing in mind from my experience

Ordered a touch up kit for my white BMW, paint was a superb match and the brushes were fantastic to use making the job more professional than the usual blob of paint in a chip hole.

I have placed two orders with Paint Gear and both arrived very quickly.
There was a small problem with the second, which was put right very quickly and extra cutting pads supplied free of charge.
Excellent customer service.

Recieved my full touch up kit. Arrived within 3 working days.
Tried and tested on a my grey Defender. Colour match was spot on. Carried out with Instructions from there YouTube video. Brilliant job done.
