Edit: updated from 1 to 3 stars as it turned up after 2 weeks. The tracking system is no good though as after 2 weeks it still said it would arrive in 11 days
As others have said, the items come from China not the UK, and can take 1 month or more to be delivered. Don't get this site confused with other paint by numbers sites that are UK based.

Item comes from China which is not clear on their website. Delivery Wass 3.99 so you would expect it coming from somewhere in the UK considering the website. So far I'm not happy with that. I finally get a "shipped" notification 10 days after ordering. Hopefully not long now, but who knows as it needs to get through customs.....

Order delivered as hoped for
Currently waiting for my kit, didn't realize it comes from China, which I didn't find clear on the website, so be prepared for a long wait. Oddly worded text communication that doesn't offer a reply function. Unfortunately no email ever received, checked junk but absolutely nothing. I'm really hoping it's a simple delay and not a bad service/ fake sale shop. I didn't find any reviews anywhere. So be careful, and if you've had a good service put a review so others know. Am hoping to update the review in due course(when my kit arrives!) Update, kit arrived by Hermes. Well packaged and fitted through letterbox. Timescale 13 days after ordering, so just long enough to start worrying you've been rolled over. There was no update showing with order number through their website. Communication is barely adequate, but overall a reasonable experience.
