Sending spam. Cancelling orders to Europe.

I was able to place an order and pay, but then they cancelled both the order and the reservation on my account. Just annoying to be able to place an order and that get your money locked up for a few days.

The most annoying thing is that after this they started spamming me about having items left in the cart, and almost a year later spamming me with newsletters. I never signed up to this, so it is spam by definition. The unsubscribe link didn't work, and they're not replying to email.
