Pagocards Api Scam/Warning

Pagocards Scam/Warning — API & Card Issue

I want to share my experience with Pagocards so other businesses can be careful.

We started using their API for card issuing. Everything was working normally at first. However, after our deposited balance crossed $1,500+, the card issuing suddenly stopped and all of our cards were blocked.

Our money was already deposited into the platform, but the service stopped working. After that, they asked us to submit KYC. The issue is that the KYC requirement or API restriction was not clearly communicated to us before we started using the API or deposited the funds.

If KYC was mandatory for API usage, this should have been clearly stated from the beginning. We were willing to complete the KYC process, but the account was placed on hold only after we had deposited significant funds and the balance exceeded $1,500.

We also requested that our remaining funds be refunded, but the situation was not resolved properly.

Based on my experience, I recommend that businesses do their own due diligence and confirm all KYC, API, card-blocking, withdrawal, and refund conditions in writing before depositing money.

I am sharing my experience they took my money and scammed us.
