Both Charlie and Yvonne, from the Uddingston store went above and beyond to ensure I collected the items I had purchased, even though they closed five or so minutes before I arrived to pick the items up. They didn't know, but I had a really emotional couple of days for various reasons, yet they still waited. I thought the shop closed at 8pm. One of the girls knew we were going to another store before we picked the items up and she was going to drive down to that store to let us know the shop was now closed and I would have to pick the items up tomorrow. The kindness that they showed me was second to none. They deserve to be recognised for going above and beyond for me. Well done ladies, and thank you for your help, your understanding, and your kindness. You both made a really stressed and emotional woman's day. Thank you.

Lady assistant v helpful and knowledgeable. Excellent choice and display bought from Braehead branch before. Male Manager and another assistant too busy chatting to help! Purchase either 21 or 22 July.

Very friendly and helpful staff who gave us good advice. Very competitive prices and a great product variety. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful lights, nice and bright

The service we received from William and his team at the Braehead store recently was truly the best we’ve had in a retail environment for quite some time.
Nothing was too much trouble and William kindly took everything to the car for us, despite this being bulky and heavy.
Our new table and chairs match our decor perfectly. There has been a slight issue with one seat but again this was resolved with ease.
I would highly recommend the Braehead store, both for service and choice of amazing lights/ mirrors/ tables and dining options.

Staff very helpful and efficient and even carried our purchases out to the car. The lights look very classy now they’re up. Highly recommend the Glasgow Braehead shop.

This one star is for the company, not the branch. The staff in Aberdeen did their best to get us a gel globe insert from the Edinburgh branch. They were in stock but wouldn't sell us one as it was discontinued?! Very disappointed as it was for a pendant light which matches others in our room.

We had been searching many many shops trying to find pictures for our sitting room that was recently/newly decorated...
We had been searching online, and also visited many shops but to no avail as we couldn't find anything we both liked...
When we visited Pagazzi (Braehead) it wasn't for pictures, as we were also looking for wall lights..
As we were looking around, we were amazed when we came across their "Picture Gallery" which had everything we had been searching for over several weeks....
We had a great choice to choose from, with great framing, so we were delighted to purchase and "finally" put an end to our endless searching....

Some staff extremely helpful, but supervisor who was obviously extremely busy & preoccupied could perhaps have been a bit more receptive, otherwise a satisfactory experience.

I purchased a Burton 3lt light in black for £169 from middlebrook Bolton on 20/01/24. The assistant offered me bulbs at £7 each to go with the light, which I reluctantly took at £7 each, but she gave me a 3 year unconditional guarantee.
After the first 2 months 2 bulbs had started to flash then one went off completely. The third bulb went off on month 4. I purchased 3 bulbs from elsewhere on offer for £1 each with no issues.
I was passing pagazzi Bolton today 11/6/24 so decided to take the bulb's back. The assistant checked the bulb's and found them defective. She asked for my email receipt which I had left my phone in the car, she wouldn't give me new ones and refused to check my purchase on the computer.
Don't buy these bulbs they are absolutely rubbish quality.

Had a great experience at Doncaster store….Laura went above and beyond to help us with what we needed. Will definitely return.
