Product has not arrived and there has been no response from my communication to the customer service team. Tracking data shows it was delivered to another country other than my shipping address in the United States. I expect a full refund of the purchase price from the merchant. I have filed a claim with my finance company for the transaction!

The ordering process is very easy, and when I enquired about my order at the early stages, answers were prompt and factual. The overall delivery took a little longer than I expected, but still completed within the stated timescale, so this says more about me! The watch was very well packaged, in perfect condition, and of excellent quality.

It's very poor. I have images showing a discrepancy in the hour hand, and they told me it was normal, even though the hour hand is almost at the halfway mark when the minute hand is at +12.
They took 10 days to respond to my complaint, only to say it's within "manufacturing tolerance."
