I received my padel racket, and unfortunately I am very disappointed with the condition in which it arrived
The racket has visible peeling marks/paint damage, which clearly indicates that it is not in new and perfect condition as expected this is unacceptable for a brand new product

One thing to consider though, is that while it took two days for the items to reach the city of destination, the shipper did not proceed with the delivery until being called to speed up the delivery. This part of the process can be enhanced by considering other shipping companies.
