SHOCKING. I ordered a racket from here that I seen on the black friday deal however padel market knowing they have put a decent discount on decided to not send out the racket and make up some issue about my name. Had 0 contact from anyone to say my name is an issue (must have to be a certain ethnic group to use the discount) for me to have to again take time out of my day to spend time to contact them they offered no solution but instantly said we will refund you. Mentioned nothing about me ordering this 2 weeks ago and hearing nothing, only until I myself had to contact them to hear this pathetic justification about they dont like my name. Offered absolutely no alternative or customer service for my time as a paying customer. For me to ask how can I write a review about my experience. I was told we will report you if you write a review. Absolute robbers will never order from here again and as an active padel player nor will I recommend infact I will happily steer them away from such an unprofessional, in human company. SO NOW WHAT? WHO YOU REPORTING MY REVIEW TO THE PADEL POLICE? anyone wanting to know more about the service I received just ask, I have taken screenshots of their response -

We regret that your experience was not positive.
When you placed the order, the shipping details were entered only as “Anny S.”. This caused UK customs to stop the shipment, as they legally require a full name and surname to release any international order. This is a mandatory UK customs regulation and is completely outside of our control.
Customs attempted to contact you to request the missing information. As no response was received within the required timeframe, the parcel was returned to origin and your order was fully refunded.
Yesterday, we tried to explain this situation to you calmly and respectfully. The only response we received was a high volume of insults, offensive language, and false accusations. We fully understand that you were upset about not receiving the order, and despite this, we treated you with respect at all times.
At no point did we say we would report you for leaving a review. What was clearly stated is that insults and abusive language are not acceptable. You were told you were free to leave a review wherever you wished. You are also welcome to share screenshots of the conversation at any time they will clearly show the repeated insults we received.
We always aim to provide professional and respectful customer service to all players.

Worst retail experience
The website says delivery in 24-48 hours. Well its been 2 weeks and I haven’t received the order yet. This is the worst service I have ever experienced.
With all this, they’re refusing to cancel and refund my money.
Utterly unacceptable.

Quick but not perfect
Got my racket pretty quickly but it had some stains on it. I emailed customer support but have yet to receive a reply. It’s been a week.
