Thank you for your feedback.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, taxes are not charged at the time of purchase on our website. These taxes are removed from the price during checkout and are instead collected by the courier (FedEx) when the parcel arrives in the destination country, according to the local import regulations.

We’re sorry that your experience hasn’t been a positive one, and we understand how frustrating unexpected import charges can feel.

As our store is based in the EU, UK orders are subject to customs duties and VAT upon arrival, in accordance with current regulations. These charges are applied directly by UK Customs and collected by FedEx not by us.

We do make an effort to clearly communicate this information throughout the shopping process: it appears directly below the product price, is outlined in our Shipping Policy, and is also mentioned in both the order and shipping confirmation emails.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.

We completely understand your point regarding the duties and taxes applied to orders shipped to the UK. At the moment, these charges are calculated and collected by customs and the courier once the parcel arrives in the country.

However, we are currently working on implementing a new system that will allow all taxes and duties to be calculated and paid directly at checkout. This means that customers will see the final total price during the purchase and will not need to pay anything upon delivery.

This improvement should be available within the next few weeks, and it will make the process much clearer and smoother for our UK customers.
