Honest opinions for bets it's good even tho i only bet on football really, as for the casino side it's actually awful, you put in a a fair amount just to win what you've lost maybe £5 above. Paddypower Blackjack is a pure con, has to be totally fixed as you wouldn't believe how the house can get so many wins when the odds are totally against them.

I played blackjack and managed to get £5 up. When I tried to withdraw my winnings, I was told I couldn’t because they were “looking after my money” and that it was “safe in their account.”

Confused, I played again and got up to £10 – same issue. Thinking maybe it was a minimum withdrawal issue, I kept playing, only using my winnings. I went up in £5 increments all the way past £80, but every single time, they refused my withdrawal.

There was no clear explanation, just vague messages, and when I tried to get help, I was met with an unhelpful AI chatbot that didn’t understand my complaint. No option to speak to a human support agent or file a proper complaint.

This is unacceptable. If you can’t withdraw your winnings, what’s the point of playing with real money? It feels manipulative and dishonest.

Avoid this site unless you enjoy being stonewalled when you try to get what you rightfully won. I’ve reported the issue and will not be using them again.

By far the worst experience I've ever had with customer services they suspended my account after I won a decent amount of money then asked for proof of id and address I sent it them then it was a bank statement I sent it then they asked for proof of income so I sent it then I messaged again in a couple of days for update they asked me to send them the same things again this happened about 6 times then they after a week I got told everything was verified and my account would be activated again and I messaged them the next day to see why it was still suspended and they told me my account is under review I have to wait for them to contact me this has been going on for over 2 weeks I strongly recommend not joining this site

After having an account for a number of years I was subject to a security check. Fair enough. My driving licence, a letter head and 2 credit card statements still not enough. The customer service is somewhat poor but after several attempts they verified my account I was able to withdraw winnings and now they arrive instantly, I prefer this site for sports betting!

Obviously it's a gambling site and yes you win some and you lose some but literally £600 and not one payout surely there has to be some sort of regulations against this kind of thing they're literally just sitting there raking it in taking everyone's money but very rarely are they giving any payouts and what I don't get the slot I pay before the games starts it says it has a rtp rate of 96% and I'm not 100% sure how all that works but I'm guessing it means there's quite high odds of winning on the game so why when you spend £600 on £2.50 spins you don't get any payback at all from it just a conning site but I guess at the end of the day they're all the same and that's why they're multi billion pound companies
