A fantastic and positive experience buying my first carbon paddle from this company. Owner Michelle went above and beyond to assist me by replying to an email enquiry promptly then telephoning to share her experience and advising me through what had been until then a minefield of choice! Her expertise and time was very greatly appreciated. If I lived in the area I would must certainly book coaching lessons too!
I have been out previously with Michelle from Paddle SUP, so knew this would be a well organised and run trip. The organisation and communication prior to the trip was excellent, and the safety brief prior to setting off was detailed. The route for the trip was suitable for paddlers of mixed abilities, and the event was well marshalled by the Paddle SUP coaches with any paddlers struggling receiving coaching en-route.
I finished the day feeling more confident in my abilities, and even got to try out a potential next-purchase SUP board. Very happy with Paddle SUP company and would definitely use them again.
I did a guided paddle on the river Hamble with PaddleSUP company and it was a great experience. The route was a lot of fun, the paddle itself safe and well managed and there was a ton of information from Michelle (the leader) on safety before and after the paddle as well as other tips such as how to stretch down. All in all a superb experience that I would recommend for paddlers of any level
