The communication with mark by phone…

The communication with mark by phone was excellent he corrected the on line siystem that was not accurate. The package arrived well to Israel, my problem was with Israeli customs, and the FedEx company, finally I got my package 3 weeks after arrival.

BUYING A CHEAP AQUAGLIDE KAYAK

BUYING A DISCOUNTED AQUAGLIDE KAYAK? Firstly I want to say what a great service I have had from Paddle Outlet. Be wary though buying some Aquaglide kayaks. Many of the accessories, some crucial to use the kayak, as advertised, are now no longer available despite being mentioned on this website and others. As a consumer we should be notified that these items are "end of line" and that the accessories MAY no longer be available.

Customer never made contact with us.

We have been given an unfair review for not answering a question the customer never asked.

If anyone has any questions, we are always here to answer them.

If anyone is buying a product dependant on an accessories, we would recommend purchasing the accessory alongside the product.

Making any assumption that it might be available is how you end up rage typing on Trust Pilot blaming us for an issue we had no input into.

Sadly despite being quoted as Great Service, Trust Pilot will not allow the review to be removed... so please ignore the 1 Star this as part of our rating if anyone reads these :(

Best prices for Aquaglide products

Have used Paddle Outlet a couple of times now and very impressed. Good quality products usually with big discounts, they seem to be the cheapest site for the kayaks I wanted. Fast shipping and good customer service, would gladly use again!

Great service. Great product too :)

Not only did I find my kayak at a competitive price, I got a free dry robe. The packaging was really sturdy and arrived really quickly.
I highly recommend this company. If yiou want excellent customer service, look no further.

I bought a three man kayak

I bought a three man kayak, paddles, a pump and life jackets. It was good quality at a good price so I was very happy. I did have trouble pumping it up on site and phoned Paddle Outlet but I couldn’t get much help , however someone on the campsite helped me. Nothing wrong with the equipment, it’s just that the instructions were hard to follow.
