AVOID! Scammers!
AVOID!! Be careful! They pay google and others to appear during legit AI tool search and mimic things like Claude. When you think you are buying something else, it's them. Utterly useless and they fight your credit card company to keep the transaction dollars even when you cancel within seconds. SCAM SCAM SCAM.
Geoguessr is great and refunds were easy
I've really enjoyed playing Geoguessr through Paddle, but I just didn't have the budget to renew this year. I forgot to cancel and discovered in panic that I accidentally renewed just ahead of a long bank holiday. But thankfully, their refund and cancellation process is completely automated! Super impressed with both purchasing and refunds, and will return to Geoguessr when budget allows!

I had a subscription that automatically renewed after I thought I had already canceled the service. I went to get a refund for and they processed it right away after I explained the situation. Most companies make getting a refund incredibly difficult, but this was very fast and painless and I greatly appreciated it.

Their prices are very high, service is terrible, tokens cosume after 5 questions and you loose all your progress. I cancelled my subscription the very same day I got it because it was trash and yet they just charged me $25 for A WEEK of service. There's nobody you can chat with, you're not allowed to delete your payment method and God knows if they will charge anyhting else again, even after I cancelled AGAIN the subscription. I will have to block my CC from my bank. This a scam!!

Paddle is a software reseller which gave me an immediate refund
Paddle is a software reseller and they help software companies around the world sell their products. The software I purchased from a firm in Shenzhen, China did not unlock my phone as advertised so I requested a refund the very same day (approx.$48). On chat with Paddle the refund was immediate with a confirmation by email a few minutes later.
Just as useless as IPRoyal
After having two purchases made using my PayPal without my knowledge (I had 2FA active, so no idea how) they kept repeating the same thing over and over, they can't find the transactions tied to my emails, which they wouldn't as my email was not used.
They pushed me to IPRoyal to resolve the issue, who is trying to push me back to Paddle and PayPal. No help at all

The refund process appeared easy; however I will write another review in 5 days when I have received the refund.
Terribly slow in Customer service
Terribly slow in Customer service. If they do not fix Customer Service, this MoR will cease to exist as a business. Time is everything in business. If you're having issues with customers paying you because they don't have access to the method they use, and the issue doesn't get fixed right away, then you're losing a lot of money. They said they could support UPI and it's been almost a week waiting for it.

My experience with Paddle as a seller:
They put you through a thorough verification process at registration — ID checks, official documents, policy page reviews — they approve your site, they approve your documents, they approve everything. You trust that approval.
So you do what any serious merchant would do: you rebuild your entire payment infrastructure around their platform, you walk away from your previous payment provider, you overhaul your backend to integrate with Paddle.
Then you start processing payments. And then, one day, with zero notice and no clear explanation for the reason, they shut your account down — and hold the funds in your account without any justification for 90 days.
No warning. No email explaining what policy was exactly violated. No chance to appeal before the fact. Nothing.
They can pull the rug at any time, take your money, and leave you with no recourse and no explanation. The damage to your business — operational, financial, reputational — is entirely your problem.
