Terrible customer service and extremely poor packaging. I strongly advise against making any purchases from Packit, as these guys are SCAMMERS who won't listen to anything once they deliver their order to you. They show complete disregard for customer feedback and if you ask for the explanation they will straight up block you instead of compensating. Be cautious, as they use their own brand name and information on the back of the box, which makes no sense. Why would anyone use another company's box to send their own products?
