very bad experience i withdraw my 5 $ to paypal firt they take 1 weak then i got msg in my mail successfully trasfer 5$to my paypal id but when i saw my paypal acc its emty

They wanted to steal the information from my Exodus wallet with zero cryptos in it.

Also, its marked as a false application with Microsoft Antivirus

They tried as well to get many permissions in the system to steal more information if possible.

The app is dangerous and misleading most people will lose their system or at least money in their wallets on their desktop computers.

Not a good app. Most likely stealing just information in the hope to be used every day.

I was selling between 30GB for about 1 month, but then suddenly I can't access my dashboard and when I try to access dashboard on the site it says "http error 500". Before writing a review I took a look at some of the other reviews from users who encountered similar issues and I assume that this is a complete scam and should be rushed and a complete waste of time and internet bandwidth resources

Absolutely a scam. Fortunately I found out within a couple of days of signing up. After having my IP banned at a Cloudflare protected website I use, I looked into my DNS logs and saw nearly a 20x increase in my usual DNS queries from 60,000 to 1MM in a 24h period! Packetstream was absolutely hammering a handful of websites using my IP, making me look like (and potentially actually being) a DDoS bot. This is probably the biggest strike against using PacketStream.

Next, I attempted to log into the PacketStream dashboard to see my reported usage. It no longer loads, which is consistent with other reports of PacketSteam consuming bandwidth and then banning accounts. Very shady.

Looking into the PacketStream Docker logs, I can see "Non-residential IPs are currently unsupported." My IP was properly reported as residential when I started using PacketStream, and the IP has not changed. Essentially, PacketStream blew through tons of usage on my IP, then likely decided that usage was atypical, and banned my account due to their own usage.

Whether all this is intentional or unintentional, PacketStream should be avoided and deserves its reputation of being the scammer of bandwidth sharing services. They're either purposely using bandwidth they don't intent to pay for, or are too incompetent to properly police those purchasing and using the bandwidth for malicious activity.

They WILL Ban your account so they can avoid paying you. Happened to me last week and they are ignoring my emails. Do not download it. If they ban you they will still continue to use your internet until you block it with your anti-virus. They are frauds.

They are scammers. Don’t waste your time. No replies from any emails I sent

I'm a simple user 1 IP, 1 device on fast connection. Accused me of cheating, abusing their system. Kept my funds and no email response, fraudulent company.

its been more then 4 days and the amount has not been recieved in my paypal account.packet stream help desk email not responding at all.,4 days passed but they haven't replied to my mail

They banned my account and does not allow me to withdraw after stealing my bandwidth for 1 whole year.

got up went to pc looked at dashboard got a white screen so tried going to website and got black screen i contacted them and found out i had been ip banned for apparently not being a residential ip which i was a residential ip address and was told there was nothing they could do as it was a third party that deals with that and that was where they left it no other options they took all the bandwidth and didnt pay just got banned my advice is avoid at all cost nothing but a scam from a very dodgy company

The company pays straight, you can trust!

I made the first withdrawal of funds, the money was not transferred, the answer about the successful withdrawal was sent to the mail, but the wallet remained empty

I have PacketStream installed in 10 diferent ips and they ban me without any pay, They say "PacketStream has a limit of 1 device/instance per IP address. Your account has been suspended due to selling bandwidth from multiple devices or Docker instances on the same IP address" which is a lie. PacketStream is a total scam.

I installed Packetstream on a Raspberry Pi 4B 4GB and ran it for 8 days, I only got a total of 10.43mb of data sold in 8 days that I had my Raspberry Pi running 24/7 and connected directly to my router.

I even thought it was strange that I wasnt getting that much traffic and I contacted their support and they said that my Raspberry Pi was running correctly.

After earning about $80+ over about 10ish(?) months on my gigabit fiber-optic internet, I was one day unable to view my dashboard due to an error 500. I asked support if there was an outage and they replied with a canned response stating that "...Your account has been suspended due to selling bandwidth from multiple devices or Docker instances on the same IP address...". I advised them that while its possible I could have accidentally started a 2nd docker instance when setting up docker on my computer, that I would have immediately stopped it as soon as I was aware of it and that any such duplicate activity would have been negligible (ie: a 2nd instance would have been stopped within seconds or minutes of starting). I advised them that throughout my account history I would semi-frequently check my docker instances to make sure it was running (and it was always only 1 instance during these checks) and that I would freely provide any logs they want. Additionally, I said I'd be happy to forfeit any such "duplicate" earnings because they most certainly would not make up a significant portion of my earnings. They replied with a canned response which did not attempt to address my questions and simply stated "Your ... account has been unblocked. Please ensure you are only running 1 Docker container and 1 instance of PacketStream. We will not unblock your account again for further abuse." I sent a followup email to request additional support or at the very least confirm that their system indicates I am *currently* only running 1 instance; they have not bothered to reply. They canceled 75% of my earnings (my balance went from from ~$80 to ~$20) and as I said, I would semi-frequently check my docker instances... so I can confirm for a vast majority of the time I always only had 1 instance of psclient running. So I don't know why they canceled a vast majority of my earnings. I found it rather suspicious that, in the beginning, they immediately unblocked my account without any additional questions; or even support on my follow-up question. It kind of feels like they didn't want to pay out in full so they accused me of fraud... They did, however, pay out ~$20 out of my ~$80 in legitimate earnings. I think they are selective scammers who will resort to shady practices in order to keep from paying out in full. They need to seriously re-vamp or re-calibrate their detection system.

EDIT: More than 1 year later PacketStream has decided to "verify" this review. Based on my experience with them and their lack of response/support, I can only assume that this is an attempt to remove my review because they don't like it. I find it suspicious that they did this over a year later; perhaps in the hopes that I wouldn't care, wouldn't see the request, or wouldn't bother. Maybe I'm biased in these assumptions, maybe they just do yearly reviews, I dont know... but I have truly had a bad experience with PacketStream.

They just simply lied. This is the reason they told me why my account was discontinued:"PacketStream has a limit of 1 device/instance per IP address. Your account has been suspended due to selling bandwidth from multiple devices or Docker instances on the same IP address". I have PacketStream installed on only ONE desktop.

This lie is absolutely false and unacceptable.
