Made a second purchase from Pacifico’s because I was so pleased with the items in my first order.

This is the worst company I have dealt with. The package was late but when it arrived it was nothing like the photos or description. It was supposed to me 2 mens overshirts of denim fabric and instead it was 2 satin shirts. When I attempted to return for a refund, I have been offered 30% or 40% refund (keeping the items) When I said I wanted a refund I was told I could only have a refund if I paid for shipping back to China. I had no idea that the product was coming from China. NEVER AGAIN!

Very happy with the quality and look of your clothing lines. Everything I’ve ordered is hard wearing and looks great. I spend a lot of time traveling and happy it looks good right out of the suitcase. Easy to use website and ordering process.

The absolute worst. The material and the product are nothing like the site. Very very cheap material and product. Very misleading. I never got any communication with them regarding my order whether it was placed any tracking information they would not reply to any emails. And I’m very disappointed in the actual product and what I received from them do not buy from this place. It is a scam.

Totally gambling due to lack of a size chart. No information on shipping times or return policy. If it was there I didn’t readily see it.

Ordered a pullover long sleeve and corduroy long sleeve button up. Price was good. That’s where it all fell apart. Took 35 days to deliver. When I got the items they looked nothing like the pictures, quality was horrendous and fit was terrible. Pullover was a horrible blue, all nylon or ? Rather than natural fiber and the entire item has bad white stitching that stands out. The XL is a US L. Corduroy shirt is off on size and buttons are ridiculous small. Never again.

Product looks well made and comfortable

I purchased a zip shirt, it took about 12 days to receive which was ok but I ordered dark green and got light blue, which I was pretty certain I didn’t order so I contacted them to return or exchange, “Kyle” discouraged this and instead offered discount on a new purchase so I took this, ordering a different style and charcoal color, but being very careful this time to make sure I got the right color, of course they sent me light blue again!! This company is a scam, do not buy from them, unless you enjoy potluck surprise with clothes colors.
