I have brought 2 outboards and fish finder + other bits and pieces and all I can say is first rate! Very knowledgable and friendly. Will be buying another outboard from them in the next week. 1st class.

Ordered stuff online knowing some items may not fit what I wanted. Explained to lady on telephone who reassured about returns. Ordered via e bay. Found need to change stuff and get some items. dropped in and all done without any hassle. Net refund being paid.

Ordered one lot of fenders which arrived uninflated (ad didn’t mention this). Second order arrived inflated but we also ordered a boat key which never turned up. Box was open on delivery and we didn’t realise the key had been in there until we chased for it. Pacermarine basically just shrugged.

Jo was absolutely brilliant on my visit to the York Pavers branch. Couldn't thank her enough for the time she spent with me. Excellent customer service.

Bought outboard parts, good price and they where delivered 4 days early. This is not the first time I have bought from this company and will not be last, well done.

I spent a long time thinking about my review before I published it here about Pacer Marine in Aldershot. Time after time I had the same experience and unfortunately for me. Pacer Marine is the only marine shop Chandler within driving distance. Every order and every dealing with them I had the same “I couldn't care less” treatment. They are not helpful on the phone. They don’t have any technical person with the orders they won’t even check stock or search. Have a look on our eBay shop they say, have a look on our website they say. Their website is not up to date and it’s a mess. You can’t even order a simple gasket. I have been to many other marine shops and they can’t do enough to help you. It seems though in pacer marine they just don’t care. It’s a family run business with practically no knowledge on marine products. Lady answers the phone and every time the answer is "I don’t know" I will do my best to avoid purchasing from these guys again.

I use Pacermarine for the service of my 70hp RIB outboard, my other smaller outboards, and as a general chandlery. I have been using them over 5 years. Ali in the service team is very knowledgable and helpful, and I really could not recommend him enough. He has provided me with very useful and practical advice over the years, which have saved me money, time and effort. He is always a friendly face, and bends over backwards to explain what he has done to the engine, in a manner that I can understand, regardless of my lack of engine knowledge.
