Brilliant estate agents, friendly staff, quick responses and all round great service for helping me and my friend rent our first flat

Finally I am in my new place and I cannot thank Carla, Gregory and Katie enough. Their patience, kindness and understanding were outstanding.

My transition was not an easy one that depended on different sources which was extremely stressful for me. Katie was clear on policy and this enabled me to follow up and chase accordingly.

Moving is always stressful however the team always followed up on telephone calls and emails by responding in a timely manner.

Excellent customer service!

I would like to just pass on my thanks to Keri Hodges who was my property manager whilst I rented a property through Pace. I cannot praise Keri enough for her support. Any quires or problems I may have encountered was actioned promptly and professionally. Communication and punctuality were always impeccable.

The service was very good overall and I was truly impressed by the persistence and knowledge that Gregory has. He quickly understood our requirements and the type of accommodation we required. So, he did not waste our time showing us unsuitable properties.

Carla and Katie were also wonderful in their support they rendered us. Sadly, the property was not cleaned and the stove in particular was very dirty but for this we cannot fault Pace as the Agent as they may not have complete control of ensuring that the property is delivered in an acceptable manner.

The Covid 19 pandemic also did not help in making sure that we had a smooth and excellent move to our new residence.

There is still room for improvement though on the documentation flow and communication between Goodlord and Pace Lettings.

The agent I had the pleasure to deal with, Sophia, was extremely nice and professional, she explained all the details of the property and the process, called me back after 3h to confirm that the process was going on. Later the agency has been again very professional at handling the checks and communication with the landlord. Not only do I not have any complaints, the service has been over the top.

I have been a tenant under pace properties for over 15 years and can honestly say that I have never had any cause for complaint.
My assigned property manager is Sara Threadgold who has been in charge of my landlords checks for safety and repairs etc for many years. There have been occasions where I have had to call Sara regarding issues within the property and nothing is too much trouble for Sara to rectify. I have always been treated with respect and been informed at all times. I cannot praise Pace properties.. in particular Sara Threadgold high enough.

I would like to thank Pace and all its staff for all there hard work in finding good people to rent my house in these bad times

Pace managed my flat for over 5 years , we many issues arise with tenants and repairs. Property manager Sara was able to offer solutions and help with difficult conversations, I would recommend them to Landlords
