They do not stand behind their warranty. Not worth paying extra if they don't stand behind it. I bought new air bags off Amazon that have the exact same design to replace after they wouldn't send me a new bag that rotted out at the top flange. The Amazon ones are going strong for 1/3 the price.
The absolute worst company I've ever worked for, products are cheaply made with low wage staff and warranty claims are common. Make sure you set up the warranty correctly or we will deny replacement with prejudice. Work culture is extremely toxic, cliquey, abusive. New employees were brought to tears.
Quality of hardware and bag is excellent. However it should be understood that installing them can be challenging. I installed the 10337 kit on my 2021 Ram 2wd 1500 Big Horn OEM truck. First, no cutting or drilling is required. All nuts and bolts. For an experienced nuts and bolts person or a professional installer, easy install. A extra pair of hands to get the top mount right is helpful. The bottom plate takes some work to get the nuts and bolts in and tightened. I was surprised to find that you must install two air fill lines, one for each side. Versus one fill valve for both sides. Will look into how I can change that. You will find that the rear of your truck sits about 1" higher when they are installed. You will also notice a different ride. With 5-10 pounds of air for around town you will notice a bumpy ride. Not horrible or unacceptable. I suspect that this is do to the Pacbrake bags being heavy duty/harder rubber. I have 40,000 miles on the factory shocks. I ordered Bilstein B8 5100 for the rear and Bilstein B6 4600 for the front. With air bags you must make sure the shock extension and compression are compatible with the bags. Hope the shocks improve the around town ride.
