If I could give them zero stars I would. My order was placed on December 10 and my credit card was charged the same day. Today is December 28, I’ve contacted customer service three times, nothing from them at all. I will be disputing the charge on my credit card and possibly contacting the attorney general of Illinois.
Very Slow Delivery PLUS missing product
After taking longing then one month for my order to arrive; I was shorted two items.
I immediately contacted Pacas via their on-line customer support (their are no humans to talk to); and here, ten days later have received no response.
Pacas Socks
The socks are fantastic, most comfortable socks I have ever worn. Took a while for them to arrive, but I absolutely love the socks. Ordered some for my wife.
Very poor customer service and responsiveness
This is what, my third contact? I still have no information about my order, #280322. I heard you about being so busy and orders are delayed, blah blah blah, but yet, I receive several emails a day from you folks, still marketing products; eg today about three free pair of socks with an $80 order. What about my $102 order placed on 11/29/22? I am really upset by this delay (or maybe loss?). It was very disappointing to to be unable to give those gifts on Christmas.
I wish you would give me a less "cookie cutter" response and tell me what the hell is going on.

Order placed November 20th. No update as of Dec 20th, no response to an email either. $96 for order. They finally did they ship the order, refunded me $30. They mailed half the order. So they charged me $66 for half the order.

ordered throw 10 December. they had no problem taking my money. contacted customer twice once sent me another tracking order saying its on its way. go fedX real website says tag is made and that's all, just sent another e-mail waiting on response if it says same BS as first e-mail heading to bank and social media about possible scam tactics.

Do not order from this company. They are scammers. Please check all reviews and they say the same thing. I I bought $195 worth of socks on December 11 and today is Christmas Eve and they are still not here. They do not return emails and there is no contact phone number. I will be letting Instagram know and filing a "Dispute Charges" claim with American Express after Christmas. I wanted to add that I have just filed a "Dispute Charges" claim with American Express and urge others to do the same with your credit card company. American Express gave me a phone number for Pacas 312-5980084. Surprise - there is no one there to take my call. Good luck to you all!

I ordered socks on 12/11/2022 and have NOT received my order thus far, contacted support (3) times for some type of shipping/tracking number (and no actual response other than the automated garbage email replies) and now received email from Pacas asking "Love your purchase" and to rate them on Instagram/Facebook/ Am I the only person not getting any replies from Pacas???? Yep, busy time of year, but too busy to let a customer know where their order is or tracking information??? Just tried to write a review on their site and received an error and for admin to check logs...others, avoid Pacas site and order elsewhere....

Exactly the same experience as others have stated. Placed an order on Dec. 5. Not filled YET. No tracking number because it's not been filled. Credit card was charged. Same auto generated letter and no direct response from anyone. Basically non-existent customer service. Website says orders will be processed within 7 days. Extremely Frustrating.
I placed an order for 27 pairs of socks…and have 0 pairs of socks
I placed an order for 27 pairs of socks at end of November for Christmas presents and over 3 weeks later still have no socks nor information; these were to be the bulk of my christmas presents for close friends and family due to limited funds from a very rough year. For quite some time, I tried to use the order status on website and it wouldn't give me any result. Within the last week or so, the order status when order number and email address given comes up on a separate page with just two words "Order placed". No other details and certainly no shipping information (when it was shipped/will ship/shipping carrier etc). I've emailed the company on status and only got a formula response saying their responses are delayed. At very least this business is run badly if that can't easily tell people the status of their orders and when they expect to ship.

They have my money, but only partially fulfilled my order.
I hear that pacas has great socks but, unfortunately, after ordering on 11/20/22, I don't have great socks! I received an order confirmation and the amount was posted on my credit card account on 11/20. A week later, I still had no word from pacas on shipping my order. I messaged them asking for either shipment or a refund and received no reply. Today, 12/14/22, I filed a complaint with the BBB. I found many similar complaints filed against pacas and realize that I need to check BBB before ordering online with a new company.
12/15/22 update: After writing this review and filing a complaint with the BBB yesterday, pacas sent me a package that was delivered today, less than 24-hours after the complaints! I was so excited to get my order. I ordered 4 pairs of socks. Only three pairs were included in the delivery, so my order was only partially fulfilled. I messaged pacas asking that they either send the final pair or refund the worth of the missing pair. I will also update the BBB complaint. We'll see how it goes!

I placed an order for socks. After a week of not hearing anything, I asked what was going on. Right away an auto generated form letter was triggered with excuses. They wrote back from that stating they were backed up waiting on yarn. With more prodding a week later, they said it would be here in two days. Then I received a tracking number. A package arrived three days after that. They shorted me over 60% of my order. I wrote back along with a picture of what I received. The small plastic package could in no way hold the size of my order. They said according to the tracking number it was delivered but if I did not get it, they could file a search. They did not even read my complaint or look at the picture. I had to email again before they understood, with the picture again. 11/13/22 they placed a second order containing the missing items. They said it would take 2-4 days to ship. After a week of nothing I asked again. Same form letter of excuses. Then a reply that they are backed up and I would get a tracking number when it ships. I was not a priority and placed at the end of the line. Another week goes by and nothing. I emailed again. They say oh we have a tracking number on this end, and it appears to be lost. So, they created a 3rd order on 12/5/22. It is 12/13/22 and as usual with this company no movement or tracking number. I told them to forget it and I want my money back. I have gone to plan B and bought my gifts elsewhere. I filed a grievance with PayPal. They never communicated there. PayPal refunded my unsent products. Please help this company go out of business by not supporting them. They are horrible.

I ordered socks for myself and they are unlike anything sold in stores. They are everything they claim and more. I ordered sets for my sister and BFF for Christmas so I am hoping there will be no problem with shipping as people have reported here.

Was planning on these for Christmas presents so will dispute the charge on my credit card and start over. For as much advertising as they do this is horrible service. Ordered on November 24th still nothing has shipped kept emailing and got we are waiting on the yarn?? Huh? And the picture of my order keeps changing to something else. About ready to just say forget it and file a claim with my bank. I dont even know if the socks I ordered are available
An absolute scam.
Ordered socks at the beginning of December. No word from the company. No socks. The tracking number I was eventually given shows that the socks have not actually shipped. Will be requesting a chargeback from my credit card company.
Not fulfilling orders
I received an order from them before a few years back with no trouble. However, earlier this year, my mother ordered some socks for my birthday, and they never shipped. Customer service replied at first, saying that my order was about to be shipped, but it never did. Customer service then disappeared, and besides sending emails, we had to message and post on their social media before eventually getting some spotty responses. Fortunately, we were finally given a refund and the excuse that the item was not available. I feel like the availability could have been communicated sooner. It seems like they are not running their business properly.

I placed an order Nov, 18th and received the automated confirmation right away. It had the wrong colour socks so I wrote immediately to customer service with no reply yet. I have never received confirmation that anything shipped yet either. Then about a week ago, I received an email asking how their customer service was. Well, I explained the problem again and stated I have had no customer service...I have not heard back as of yet.
No Customer Service
They do not have a customer service phone number and no does their website allow you to contact them as this "option" fails. My shipment had a problem and there is no way to get them to notice or correct it. Don't do business with them as they have NO customer service!!!
