While the product didn't work for me, I would have recommended other people to try it. BUT after the utter nightmare to get a refund, I will not be recommending it. The customer service interaction was asking for loads of personal information that had nothing to do with the product (what are my hobbies? How much do I make?) and is exhaustive on purpose. They make you provide your notes for every week the product was used (yes, 6 weeks worth of notes!) as if customers were expected to journal about their product. Days after I completed the massive form of invasive questions I still had to remind Pacagen for a refund which was then granted without actually responding to me and my request for my refund request application answers for my records. Never received my refund interview data, of course. It all feels very, very scammy.
