I have ordered quite a few different items from pabo. All items have been of very good quality. There is always offers and free gifts to be used from signing up for their emails. Delivery times can be a little bit slow though
Would of given no stars if I could!
I had a problem with one order that I made... I rang customer service and it was absolutely disgusting! The women spoke over me, did not listen and was very VERY rude- so anyway- then I had to call back and the next customer service representative was disgustingly rude! Will NOT be shopping here ever again! Disgusting. Think your customer service rats need training!!

Promised free gifts and revived nothing...twice!!!
Having shopped at pabo before when I saw an email promising a free gift I thought why not! Ordered and arrived quite quickly! No free gift! Thought the offer might have expired and I hadn't noticed so tried again on another offer which was definitely in date and spent over what it said I needed to qualify, item arrived... guess what no free gift! Have contacted customer services to give them a chance to rectify it then will be contacting trading standards if I need to!!

"Free Gifts" don't seem like they should
I've ordered a fair few times with Pabo, to be fair I'm usually extremely happy with their customer service... but when I buy something that says ooo get a £40 free christmas gift... the value of the items in the box... it doesn't even seem like it's £10 to be fair. It was quite shocking because it seems like it was the £40 CHristmas box that was meant to be gifted which was how it was worded but it was nothing of the sorts... was overly disappointed with what arrived in that box but seperately happy with the main product.

Received an email with a "free gift worth £75" with any order above £20, so thought sod it I'll get a treat for my birthday....when it arrived the free gift was: a necklace which was on sale at £5 (£10 full price)
A vibrater which was £10 full price.
And a £12.50 voucher (to be spent on orders over £40)
So £32.50 worth not the £75 that it said, I was quite disappointed to be honest.
To be fair i can't fault the quality of anything I've ever ordered.
Now my husband put an order in of nearly £90, and we're still waiting for delivery (normally it takes 3-4 days from buying to delivery when we've ordered in the past) but it didn't even get dispatched till 4 days after, a week later were still waiting :(

Received an unsolicited email. Telling me I'd won a 'top branded gift'. For which I'd been specially selected (along with four other named people). Placed my order it arrived. No 'top branded gift'. Got in touch with their customer services (who incidentally are a joke). Numerous emails etc. No help nothing.
This is a Mickey Mouse Company. Likely to go bust or disappear with YOUR money.
You can buy everything they do elsewhere on line and more often than not at a more competitive price.
I will NEVER use them again. Totally useless.
Don't take my word for it. Take a look at some of the other reviews. Concerning the same issue. Also note their pathetic responses. Which kind of sums Pabo up in a nutshell.
My advice. Go elsewhere

Was one of the lucky 5 who had won a prize.
Prizes was iPhones tablets and so on.
Brought something to see what the prize was.
Turned out to be some cheap earphones.
Makes me think what was the chances of all five people ordering something.
Seems like a marketing scam and no one gets the good prizes!
So far haven't returned my emails to return item or any communication what so ever!
Will not be using again!

1st review before delivery...
I ordered on the 16th of this month as I had an email saying I was one of selected 5, says if I ordered within that day and was one of the first then I'd be entered to win a top prize, I've read terms so aware of the rules on this, I ordered as soon as id read the email just after dropping kids to school took ages to send the payment as page wouldn't load but I managed it is love to see which prize I get, I will write another honest review once I've received my order, I have read reviews on here and would like to add my experience....speak soon

I've since, emailed them roughly 7 times and had NO REPLY OR RESPONSE! It's an absolute joke! I was sent an email which basically said I was priority, but since then, not a single update! I just want my money back as I've paid for the goods (that was taken immediately too) and I've not relieved them. It's looking like I'll have to contact trading standards because I'm not letting it drop! So, if your thinking of buying from this company, DONT! There's other websites such as love honey, based in the UK which are far better to deal with than this company!

As you can see my last review was replied to ...guess what ...still waiting for my refund and they've now gone from 30 days to I could be waiting 6 weeks!!!!
Their phone line customer services are disgustingly rude they made me email them my proof of returns so they could speed it up but instead they said yes we can see you have returned it but you still have to wait 2 weeks !!!
I had the phone put down on me each time I mentioned speaking to a manager . Judging the way I've been treated by this coming shows it is very poorly ran so bad they put the phone down on the mention of a manager.
Customer service is disgusting DO NOT BUY FROM PABO!!!! if you have to return an item you may be waiting an awfully long time a few of the reviews show some have been waiting over 3 months for refund!!! I've been a customer with pabo for 5 years and this is how they treat loyal customers? !?! I'll NEVER shop here again! Can most definitely NOT be trusted
