I been shopping with ozzie for over 5 years I had point on my account that can be used to spin the wheel for a prize I went and brought $10 and got two prizes then spent $5 of points to top up my account so my brother could have a spin and i thought the point didn't come to my account so I rang to see what happened turned out my brother hit a button to transfer the points in to a credit by accident and not to spin the wheel which is fine the lady offer a credit and should of been done and sorted but then she stared being passive aggressive to me and treating me like an child so I sent a message to the business saying I wasn't to please the way I was treated I then get a message saying that iv been abusive and might lose my account when I hadn't swore or even raised my voice. she then never send said credit and now my winnings that won are in limbo and hasn't been sent please work on the customer service as it's a bad look on the whole company for one arrogant person additude I will now be fining a new place to take my business which makes me quite sad since quantum went out of business ozzie were the only place I really trusted

Paid for an item on the 13th of December, it took 10 days for it to even be invoiced and sent to the warehouse for "picking and packing". No updated received until I contacted them on 4th January about there being no update. It's not until the 5th tha I received any response and get told that my order would not have been shipped because of a break over Christmas - at no point was this communicated.

Customer support just claim that my item will be shipped "in the next few days", meaning that it would have been near on a month by the time my item is even sent. They also claim 24/7 customer support on their Facebook advertising, but take 10 hours to respond?

Definitely a very poor effort and non-existent communication from the company. Buy elsewhere if you want your items in any reasonable timeframe

Second time customer, I had ordered th 11th December and received it for the Boxing Day. A small overseas shipping, package was well protected (sleeved, padded envelope, inside a box tucked in by newspaper).

10/10 got my cards in good condition and some news, will order again some Magikarp & Gyarados.

Great bunch of staff, the new Slab / Singles room is a great setup and their prices are always on point with current TCG sales.

Very pleased with your prompt service. I ordered a board game from Ozzie Collectables which has been delivered to me today in the UK. From order to delivery has only taken 8 days. My order was well packaged and I received regular communications informing me of the tracking journey my order took. I would definitely recommend this company. One very happy customer!

Placed an order at the start of December. I appreciate there is no guarantee for Christmas by this time. But it's taken them 14 days before even looking at packing my order. They sold too many of the Wicked 2pack and refunded me for that and have now told me that another item isn't in stock and they are ordering it in. Really not good enough.

Brilliant service! I’m in UK and get pops that have been impossible to get hold of here for a great price at Ozzie collectables. Even with shipping it is much less than the extortionate eBay prices and delivery time is only around a week or less. I’ve bought both new and used pops. The used one was excellent condition.

An absolutely amazing company to deal with. Living in the UK and ordering from Australia, there are many things that can go wrong, not with this company. I was kept in the loop from the moment I submitted my order. It was shipped quicker than expected, and packaged extremely well for the journey. I had an email each step of the way until it was delivered at my door. It arrived in pristine condition. Someone will be very happy on Christmas Day.

Great price for convention funko.

I lived in the United States and I bought something for a decent amount of money. It took them 2 months to realize that they didn't have the product in stock and refunded me. I had to call the bank and have them undo the foreign transaction fee (which is something they had to make an exception for). Ozzie has a warehouse that doesn't communicate what products are actually in stock.

Fantastic service excellent communication very fast postage.
