Terrible customer service and a website that doesn't work
After trying to place a custom order on their website twice, and it malfunctioning, I left a request on their chat box regarding the issue. I received an email (each time) that someone would contact me to resolve the issue, which they didn't. I had to contact them by phone to place the payment for my order offline. Then they sent my order to the wrong address and took no responsibility for the mistake, even though I gave them the correct address online. On top of that, they call themselves 'Oz Sticker Printing' but the printing is actually done overseas. I feel this is misleading as I purposefully choose Australian made companies to do business with.

Upon further tracing the website issue, it was only an isolated case that was already fixed. As this might take time, we've sorted it immediately by suggesting that the order should be placed manually to avoid further delays.
All the necessary steps to completing the order were observed, especially in the last part in which confirmation of address is essential. We've not heard back from you for days, hence, the stated address was forwarded to our Shipping Team.
Please do know that we mean no harm in the misleading part - we just don't disclose this information necessarily unless being asked to. Our Production offshore helps us accommodate all of the orders we receive daily.
We've also been personally coordinating with you regarding our compensation for this matter.
As part of our pledge to continually provide you with high-quality products and excellent service, this event would be taken with great emphasis on our dealings in the future. We hope that this will also be sufficient to correct the error and address any inconvenience this may have caused you.

Very happy with how my stickers turned out
I found Oz Sticker Printing on Google and after comparing them with every other sticker company on the first page of Google, found their pricing to offer the best value for money. My stickers arrived quickly and I was really impressed with the accuracy of colour and print - it was my first time getting stickers and labels printed for my brand and I wasn't sure how the colour I'd chosen for my stickers would match up on my computer screen VS in real life. The final product stickers looked exactly like how I'd planned, no discrepancy at all. I'm really pleased and highly recommend their services.

Terrible quality
Terrible quality. I ordered stickers and when they were delivered they were completely crooked. It took three weeks before they were able to offer any options. They refused to give a refund and again took another three weeks to follow up my second email. Bad quality and bad customer service. I will not use them again.
