I ordered die cut stickers and I got just normal rectangular stickers without the sticker being cut around it. however quality was good.

After reviewing your order, we found out that you chose a rectangle shape, so the sticker you received is correct.
For your information, the die-cut supply means that your sticker will be delivered and cut to the desired shape without the need for additional backing.
Anyhow, it appears that you have already placed a new order in the correct shape.
In the future, you can email customer service before placing the order if you have any additional questions or would like more information about the sticker you are about to order.
