Moldy Silverberries (Silberbeere)…

I ordered Silverberries (Silberbeere) from this shop and received the product in a spoiled condition. Upon opening the package, the product was visibly moldy and unfit for consumption.

I contacted the seller immediately and was asked to provide photos, which I did. After that, I did not receive any further response or resolution from the seller.

I eventually had to open a PayPal dispute, and the refund was only issued through PayPal Buyer Protection.
