Excellent selection at excellent prices
Website was easy to use and find what I was looking for. All the information that I was after about the product was listed plainly and detailed. The price was the big selling point for me, as I have seen the product I have purchased at much higher prices with less RAM and storage, while also being a refurbished unit.
Purchasing the item was easy and it arrived very quickly in the mail. Item was wrapped tightly with a good amount of bubble wrap.
Booted the machine up and it works perfectly.

Poor customer service
I would not recommend this business to my family or friends who value peace of mind when making a purchase. They do not honor their warranty terms and conditions, and instead of providing proper support, they argue with customers in a loud and unprofessional manner. My calls were even terminated during the process, which made the experience extremely frustrating...
Unfortunately I have provided good feedback at the time of original purchase with understanding business will treat customer same way post sale service 😔

You came to our store on 23 August (a weekend) demanding immediate support, even though our technicians only operate on weekdays, still refused to wait or leave and insisted on a loan laptop, which we provided in good faith.
When our team inspected his device, we found that you had manually wiped the drive through the BIOS (which we proofed to you with bios logs showing date and time). This is not a hardware fault and is clearly excluded from warranty coverage, as stated on our website and the invoice you had and confirmed it's terms and conditions.
Next you became argumentative and threatened to go to the ACCC. We explained that this is your right, and that we would provide our evidence, as we are fully confident in our position.
Then demanded we reinstall Windows for free, and later refused to return the loan laptop unless we trained on how to do it. Instead, we provided you with Microsoft’s official instructions and advised that the loan laptop would incur daily charges. Later you chose to purchase the loan laptop for $150 and later collected the original unit.
Our warranty covers genuine hardware faults, but not user-caused issues like wiping drives. We stand by our terms, and we are confident that our handling of this matter was fair, reasonable, and compliant under Australian Consumer Law for second-hand electronic items.
